Super professional. Super efficient. I was back working in 2 hours. Best of all, the price was super reasonable and this was a deep rear-most molar. The ability to get me in was just awesome. I will be coming back if I have other dental needs like this. So much cheaper, and efficient, than other places. Dr. Reed has done so many extractions the process is super fast and effortless. Your wallet will also thank you.

I found out I needed to have my wisdom teeth surgically removed one had a whole and half broke off at my gums. Dr. Reed made the process simple x-rays, talk about the plan of action from x-rays. I was kinda worried only being 22 and never had anything more than a root canal but Dr. Reed answered all my questions eased my mind during procedure gave me paper instructions on how to care for my mouth after surgery. The staff is very welcoming and willing to assist any way they can few days after I was able to go back to work without issues was very happy I chose them.

I was in need of a tooth extraction very bad and Dr Reed was able to get me in right away and honestly if you have had to experience tooth extractions before I bet there are places where you walk out and you feel so terrible and I'm so much pain------ WELL NOT HERE. I was amazed at how easy he made the process and how I had no pain whatsoever while the extraction happened. Thank you Dr Reed.

I do not recommend this facility. My brother had his wisdom teeth taken out here and had an awful experience. They did not give him proper medication. He felt the entire surgery. He stated that he could tell which tool they were using and when. He was visibly in pain and the doctor did nothing to help ease his pain or stop the surgery. When he exited the operating room he was 100% coherent, as if he had not even been given laughing gas for the surgery. He was in excruciating pain throughout the surgery and for hours upon hours after. I recommend going elsewhere.

Dentist is great. Great time to get in and tooth taken out. Was able to get since within an hour of calling. Downside had to pay out of pocket up front then they billed my insurance. Took 2 almost 3 weeks to get reimbursed by the dentist had to go in and argue with them. About getting the check my insurance had sent them. Staff is very unfriendly.

I called after my insurance company informed me they would accept me as a patient. The receptionist was rude on the phone to me, after I stated my insurance type- like they wouldn't be paid or something. Then my insurance company calls to tell me they won't work with me! Don't waste your time or money with these people. I had a bad feeling based upon reviews I read... well they must be right..... I'm glad I got out of the horrible experience I would have endured

I had my wisdom teeth removed here years ago and I came here to say that my natural childbirths have gone better and been less traumatic. I felt EVERYTHING. It was like thus guy enjoys torture. How on earth are the techs compliant and standing by?? A heads up that something is wrong is that I literally screamed in agony and cried the entire time. Please save your child or yourself and go anywhere else.

Total creep. Don't even want to talk to him to get my xrays. When I saw him for a consultation, he told me what I already know, what I came in for, told me I didn't need to take the medication I'm prescribed, to just bear through any depression or anxiety "like grandma and grandpa did". Then charged me $100 right on the spot.

What an amazing experience! Dr. Reed and his staff provided me with one of the best experiences I've ever had in a dental facility. Dr. Reed was a very genuine and comforting person to deal with and had my procedure done within an hour and without sedation!! I can't say enough about how happy I am!! It's only day 2 and I woke up without pain and no pain meds so far! *BLOOMINGTON,IL AREA RESIDENTS*-PLEASE CONSIDER THIS PRACTICE! WELL WORTH THE 1 HOUR DRIVE!! I was extremely displeased with our only available oral surgery practice in Bloomington and can't believe I was lucky enough to find DR. Reed! They were essentially half the price overall(before insurance coverage) compared to the Bloomington practice. There is no possible way you will receive better care from anyone no matter what the price; especially considering the smaller scale and personal attention that Dr. Reed provides. Thanks Dr. Reed!!

Dr. Reed is professional and down to earth. He goes over everything thoroughly step by step. I highly recommend him. He's a doctor who truly cares about his patients.
