Best Little Dental Practice in the Lower Peninsula ! When I needed dental implants repaired or re-done, I called every practice near me, to no avail. I then hit the internet which resulted in similar results. I live in Lower Western Michigan and the closest practice was in the Detroit area . After a short consultation, I concluded that the cost was more than I could afford, not to mention the cost and aggravation of the trips back and forth, which would have been necessary. I was in a quandary when someone mentioned that there was a dentist in Reed City that specialize in implants as well as everything else. Well I made an appointment and the rest is history. It was apparent from my first encounter with D. Alex T. Gould, DMD, PLC, that he was a master of his craft, and that he loved and was was proud of his work. He gave me several alternative ways that my problem could be treated. He gave his recommendations, and left it up to me to decide which way to proceed. He treated me as though we had been as close friend of his for years. I mentioned his superb bedside manner to one of his assistants, and she informed me that one of his specialties was dealing with children for years. Furthermore, his fees are more than reasonable, which was also a relief. Now on to the staff. Very friendly, understanding and accommodating. Everyone there goes out of their way to make you fell comfortable, and to relieve the stress that is associated with having to see a dentist in the first place. I could go on and on, but I think I've said enough I think you get the picture. I would highly recommend this practice for any dental work that needs to be done.

Excellent office in every way!!! Diane is wonderful and Dr Gould is the absolute best. I have had cleanings, a crown etc. I would highly recommend this dental office. The staff is friendly and the canvas pictures of Michigan are absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean and georgous decor! Highly recommend

Reed City Dental practice gets a 5 Star rating from my family. The office building is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. They give individual attention in a non rushed manner. Dr Gould runs a Great Dental practice.

Paid thousands of dollars for a product that doesn't work and they can't fix. Was overcharged and lied to. Only reason for one star is because it won't allow me to give negative stars.

I had to get upper and lower dentures and I can't chew or swallow or talk with my upper denture in and they said i would have to get used to it, the denture is so thick there's no room in my mouth for food , I would go somewhere else for dentures

My husband went there for his mouth bc he could barely eat and was having lots of tooth pain and they told him they weren't going to do nothing and wanted to prolong it as much as possible. They didn't even seem to care that he can barely eat...

Their customer service is one of the worst. I would put it on par with Boost and other foreign call centers' customer service. Not only do they give inaccurate quotes, they continue finding charges to bill you for. We settled our bill and was informed that we were paid in full, 3 months later we get another bill saying we owe them more money. I would strongly advise not going here even if it is convenient. Edited for better thought flow and spelling. Should have done that the first time, sorry about that.
