My experience was very pleasant. Staff was friendly and Thurl when explaining with my treatment plan and not to mention I'm very pleased after just my 1st visit!!!

1st couple visits prompt but pricey$$. After work started and a problem arises after hours emergency dentist on call will only will see you or return call if you have been to Smiles dental. Left message 2 hours after leaving office with cracked bridge, Days later and NO return call to come back in for them to fix.

I had a experience with redwood dental yesterday I called them I had teeth that were loose in the front on the bottom and she asked me could I come in today now this lady very professional on the phone it it carry her voice she carries her voice very good so I went in and guess what my teeth are back in place hallelujah I thank them they're so professional and polite to people I seen it all while I experience and I was there but that was the girl answer the phone is the one who got me in and got me there I want to thank her for being so professional

The Redwood Dental staff are always friendly, professional, timely and accommodating! I had a 4pm appointment today, I called to see if they had an earlier appointment. Francine took the time to review the schedule and moved me to a morning appointment.

Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience i've ever had. From the first day I visited this office I've felt as though I've been cared for and treated like family. The dentists take time to answer questions and I never feel rushed. The staff is excellent and always make you feel comfortable. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Conveniently located in Woodhaven near highway entrance/exits, free parking, AND knowledgeable, friendly, personable dentists/hygienists -- highly recommend!

My experience was great from the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was so loving and gentle I had a great experience if you are looking at this review just book your appointment now!! The two ladies at the front desk I believe one of them was a manager your customer service was outstanding thank you so much!!

My Daughter is nothing but happy when coming to Redwood, she's only 7 and is very comfortable the moment she walks in! Highly recommend them, especially for kids!

HORRIBLE place. Dr.Syed is a hack!! They don't care if you leave unhappy and in pain. They force you to sign papers that your okay with what they did and push you out so they can get their money. My new dentures now sit in the floorboard of my car. They're garbage! They are very loose and painful. When I asked Dr. Syed to fix one more spot that was sitting on a previous fractured bone he told me to wear them six months then come back for an adjustment. I can't wear them for six minutes unless I don't close my mouth. They're extremely painful and VERY loose. I whistle when I try to talk. They have a horrible overbite seen by Dr. Atif who said nothing! I waited 13 years to get dental insurance to get new dentures. Now I can't even try to get new dentures for 5 years!!! I have cancer I might not live that long. I turned this office in to Michigan's OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL for SUB-PAR CARE! Basically insurance fraud! I turned their deceptive practices into my insurance. They told me it would be 2,400 hundred dollars but they billed my insurance for over 5,000. If you read some of the good reviews you will notice praise of doctors that are no longer there. I wonder why?

If you have an extreme amount of dental anxiety like I do, this is definitely the place to go! Everyone was very kind, personable and understanding with me. Karen and Deanna both were such lovely people, and the doctor got my cavities filled super fast, same day! Highly recommend!

Those women in that office are just great .the customer service that Toni and Kyra gave is refreshing not only with me .I notice how they interacted with other patience still great service. Even the doctor had a sweet care about her concerned that the patients are at ease and comfortable.anyone would be the better just going to that location.

I've had many bad experiences with dentists in the past, and just recently left the last one to come here. I can't express enough how KIND and GENTLE this dentist is. Everyone made me feel like I mattered. Their patience with my anxiety is amazing.
