STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My mother had a filling done, doctor deliberately left a hole in the middle of her tooth and put filling over it so that there is still a hole. New dentist had to take multiple x rays to find the hole that was rotting inside and painful for her. When I went for a cleaning, told me I have 5 cavities. Tried persuading me and guilting me into scheduling an appointment and I said no I'm never coming again. The dental assistant and front desk lady did this to me for 15 mins. "Are you just scared of the shots?" "Are you just anxious??" are some of the things that was said to me. I told them both to stop multiple times. She was appalled when I asked for a receipt of the visit, when I finally got it, nothing was said about the five cavities on it. They try to get insurance money out of you and use you for money. Unethical, disgusting, and unbelievable. They need to be shut down.

Dentist and assistants are very friendly and very cautious with elderly on medications. I would recommend Redwood Dental to everyone I know. I had numerous problems with Dentures do to the company she had make them. But Dr. Gagi made sure to get everything straightened out to make sure I was happy. She really cares for her patient's and so does the assistants.

I had a great experience with Kristen! She's an awesome hygienist. I brought my elderly mother in for her cleaning appointment with Kristen. Kristen was very friendly, thorough, and understanding of the fact that an elderly person needs a little extra time and patience. She did a great job.

My hygienist Jen is always so friendly and makes getting your teeth cleaned a not so bad experience. The office staff always nice as well. I have never had a bad experience.

the staff here honestly has me excited for my 6 month checkup every time. jen is the GOAT. i have recommended this place to my friends. staff is super accommodating and kind. even when i have cavities and forget to floss :)
