I absolutely love this staff! I'm a new patient but I've been here 3 times already. Valerie is my Hygienist & let me tell you what a compassionate caring human she is. I love her already. Just finished my deep cleaning with her today. She got the job done! She's very nice & friendly but also straight forward with facts. She does not beat around the bush!! Very respectful people here. I've met the dentist Dr. Hanes as well. Very professional & straight forward as well. I have work with him next week. I trust these people & believe me I don't trust easy... If you are seeking a great place for your mouth !!! GIVE THEM A CALL. Much respect to the whole staff......... Update on my recent visits.. Dr. Hanes took Awesome care of me... 2 Mullers out & a crown on last visit, plus filling. AWESOME WORK! I received my permanent crown today & they made sure it was perfect! Dr.Hanes & his assistanwere caring & compassionate. I'm very comfortable with these people!! Front desk pleasant & friendly as usual!!! If you need work done throw away your fear & go here. You will not be sorry..... Jessica B.... Once again the staff shows up & shows out!! My visit was with Kourtney 7/1/22... You could not pay me to go to another dentist office... From Sherry to Danielle all the way up & down the chain these are all around some great caring people!! They deserve credit. As stated before don't hesitate to call them! When i moved to metro detroit i didn't have a dentist for quite some time, i tried out one and didn't like it and then i found Redwood. Everyone is so sweet and nice and you feel right at home there! Kourtney is my hygienist, she does a great job and is super nice!

I am thoroughly satisfied with the dental care at the Madison Heights Redwood Dental office. I especially appreciate the utmost care I receive from Michelle, my Dental Hygienist. Since Covid I really avoided going to the dentist. I'm so thankful I found Redwood Dental. My dental hygienist Kourtney made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to explain everything to me! I was even able to purchase an electric toothbrush in office and my teeth have never felt better!

I had to switch dental offices and was very nervous about it. Kourtney the hygienist made me feel so comfortable and was absolutely wonderful! She taught me so many things about my teeth and the best way to brush. She was so laid back and didn't make me feel out of place. I loved it there because of Kourtney! Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience getting my teeth cleaned all thanks to my amazing hygienist Courtney! My teeth have never felt so clean, and she was very gentle around my gums which most hygienists I've had are not good at. She made me feel comfortable and was very professional and great at cleaning my teeth. 12/10 would recommend coming to see her.

Whether I've gone to Redwood Dental for a cleaning, broken tooth, or to get a new appliance made it all went smoothly. The Madison Heights/Troy office is clean, they have updated equipment, and a knowledgeable staff.. They genuinely care about your dental needs. The front desk staff, hygienists (Kourtney), and doctors are enjoyable while also being professional and they make you feel comfortable. If you are looking for a new dentist, tell them I sent you , you will be more than satisfied.

I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist and haven't always had the best luck. However, the staff here is always very welcoming and pleasant. They are very accommodating and will try to work with you the best they can! The dentist here is THE MOST gentle dentist I've ever had. He makes you feel comfortable, he's very knowledgeable and professional. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend! I've had my fair share of problems with my teeth but no matter what I bring to them, I believe there isn't anything they couldn't take care of to the absolute highest standard.

I truly hate dentists, and these people really earned this 5 star review... Wonderful office staff, the assistants are all very helpful, and the doctors aren't a bunch of d-bags and are fully considerate about all of my concerns. Strongly recommend!

Normally very happy with the work great staff and office but they never answer their phone I have been Trying to get a hold of someone for almost a month now. I paid everything in full they sent me a bill that I received two days before it was due I have tried calling for a month to ask about this bill and to pay it and now the bill is late

Friendly staff. Kourtney is a knowledgeable & forward thinking hygienist. This office has taken care of my family for years. Dr. Hane is friendly and answers my questions. I would recommend this office.
