Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dental office has been at Redwood dental. The staff and doctors are all top notch and incredible people and they truly go above and beyond in every way possible. I'm sad that they couldn't give me a crown shaped like a shark tooth, but once they explained it to me I understood why it wasn't a good idea. Thank you for brightening my day and helping fix my jacked up hillbilly mouth. You are doing God's work and I'm so glad I fell in with you all! Oh also if you are a veteran and In The area be sure to get it sorted out so you can come here, there is literally nowhere better that I've ever been to. Redwood Dental, thank you. This is a wonderful dental office, the best we have ever been to!! Staff is so friendly office is always very clean. My daughter never complains about anything hurting ever after a visit. If you're looking for a dentist I highly recommend Redwood!!

I'm offended they are not educated at all noone could give me the number/letter of the tooth that needed treatment. They used phrasing upper right or lower left.....And they are not discrete when it come to talking about patient care out in the lobby! They were about to show the whole lobby my daughter's x-rays from the reception computer like what happend to HIPPA ??? When I had a question about her teeth. And what happend to the dentist communicating with parents? Especially if they have a concern. Maybe all of this could have been prevented if the hygienist rooms where bigger for a parent to come back with a 4 year old and 6 year old. Never going back truly disappointed. Not a good experience at all.

I am deathly afraid of dentists.. however I will never go anywhere else!! Dr Amy Wendling is absolutely amazing! Her team is a reflection of her hands down! Shelby and Kaylee are a godsend as well! Between those three,they made me feel so comfortable,they were compassionate,understanding & just REAL people!! There are so many choices of dr's & dentists but it's the ones that rise above that make a difference! From walking into the most friendly office staff,the feel of the office in general to the specific people I named..to checking out EVERYONE there are rock stars!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!! If I could give a thousand stars to this office I would!! Although I'm still a chicken lol I know this is my dentist & office for life!!

Incredible staff! Love the extent of general to implant at the SAME dentist. Matter of fact, I changed my primary dental to Redwood!

No one likes trips to the dentist, but since it is a necessary evil, I recommend Redwood in Holly. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. They make an often unpleasant task easily bearable. I'm moving several miles away soon, but will continue to drive back to Holly for the excellent care I get there.

I really love dr Leslie and her staff, however my 6 yr old who has been a patient 3+ years just left a cleaning with 8 cavities and the need for a root canal and crown. They told me she wasn't tolerant of x rays before today. Her choice she goes back alone. Why as a parent am I just learning that my kid has not received X-rays in 3 yrs??? Prior to today she has had a clean check up and cleaning every 6 mo! I have a 4 yr old that I'm now worried has not been evaluated properly. As a mom I feel terrible. We do everything right and I feel this could have been mended sooner. Records are going for a second opinion. I'm so disappointed because everyone has been amazing until this blow. How do you not tell the parent you were unable to get X-rays on your child for 3 years???

The staff was excellent and the dentist really took the time to make me feel at ease and make sure I was numb before she started the work I was having done. Any sign of pain she stopped and numbed me some more. My assistant was top notch as well!

Amazing staff and facilities! Everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about my needs. I was taken aback by how impressive the whole experience was. I look forward to many more visits in the future for all my dental needs. I have even started to spread word to others about how wonderful the experience was. My fiancee is switching over and is genuinely excited for the first time ever to go to the dentist.

This office does not take COVID-19 seriously. Front desk staff hardly wears a mask, sanitation is only done with room spray, manager is constantly taking out/putting in her Invisalign or leaving it around the office (never using sanitizer between sticking her hands in her mouth and touching misc paperwork that goes back to the patient or is in general used by staff) If you listen close enough you can always hear someone behind the front desk complaining about a patient or coworker. They have goals for revenue income but not patient care. Multiple patients dismissed themselves due to lack of professionalism (ie hearing the manager talk about them while on hold) There are plenty of other offices that can better accommodate patients. Don't waste your time going somewhere that has zero interest in your overall care and only wants to reach their monthly quota for corporate.

Robin is hands down the best dental hygienist I've ever seen! My teeth always feel amazing after an hour with her! The girls up front always greet my with a smile. I've met both doctors and they are both equally as patient with my nervousness to receive dental treatment.

I have had two cleanings, a crown, a root canal and two fillings. I have yet to have a bad experience. They always make sure I am comfortable and explain everything. They are friendly and want to help you. Dr. Smith and Dr. Wendling are both amazing!

This office was so professional and helpful. I absolutely hate the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable. Due to COVID, I had to call when I got there and the manger came out and got me in the rain. They gave me all my options upfront. They explained cost and gave me a thorough overview of my personal dental plan. The doctors are friendly and the staff was so reassuring and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you or your children are afraid of the dentist.

The staff is awesome! Always friendly and helpful. My Hygenist Robin is the best. She is careful, thorough and super friendly.
