The building is nice and clean, the staff is wonderful .The service was fast I came in today at my normal time 11am was out in a jiffy no time pretty fast. I will continue to go there and this was my second time and they also accepted my insurance .It's so hard to find what you need cause most places doesn't accept certain insurances.

Timely service. Patty, dental hygienist, is very friendly and efficient. Dr. B., First time I met him, was cordial and very to the point. I do have a few issues with my teeth, he explained what each was, and told me I would need to follow up with a periodontist/endodontist.

This place is disgusting wanted me to leave my 4 month old baby in the car and only allow my 4 kids to go in with out me and they r also young the manager is disgusting and cussed at me bc I refused.to leave my kids alone I go to saint Clair shores location they ARE AMAZING

I changed to the staff at Redwood Dental or Smile partners a year ago in need of some dental work including crowns. From the reception to completion everyone one there are professional, friendly and virtually pain free experience. Aesthetically the building could use a little work to improve curb appeal but inside the staff is 5 Star!

Went to this office for the ist time for a 6 month cleaning... After the fact got a very nice bill because the DENTIST was not a Delta PPO provider and I WAS NOT TOLD before appt!!! BEWARE to all other wise services will be provided and you will be stuck with a nice bill!!!

Ra the general manager is fantastic! Great to converse with and give you all the information you need. Dr. Barbu is also amazing, humor's there. I recommend going 10/10

First off I would like too let you all know I have never in my 54 years been to a dentist like this he complained about my x-ray from the other dentist so he must redo them then I'm only there to get 2 small cavity's fixed he proceeded to try all tell me I need a deep cleaning 3 crowns and 3 cavity's done trying to tell me my teeth will fall out I take very good care of my teeth and it's funny that the other dentist I was going to said I have very good teeth so I tell him slow down your scaring me he just kept saying you have to get this all done right away otherwise you will be back and your teeth will fall out so all in saying is I feel like the dentist is trying to take advantage of people and get whatever he can get out of you and your insurance and it's wrong so be careful going here

Dental emergency no one answers the phone went there because thier website said they are open.... no one there at 1030 on a Thursday. So you are only open Tuesday and Wednesday this week??? Please update hours so you dont countine to waste peoples time. Clearly they don't need the business go somewhere else. I always recommend Redwood to everyone... won't make that mistake again.

Extremely friendly staff. My treatment plan was fully explained with full transparency and options. They are BUSY--but for a good reason. Busy dental offices are really good dental offices. You don't want to go to a dental office that has low traffic. There is typically a reason for that! OH...and Patty is just unreal. I have never been made to feel more comfortable with every step of the process. She is a busy lady and I suspect she gets requested appointments more than not!

Not very happy for being overcharged and never been able to get my refund. Plus I got an email threatening me to charge a "no show up" fee of $50 for an appointment that I never made.
