This doctor keep trying to sell me deep cleaning, which may not be covered by insurance, despite that I have a generally healthy teeth. She even suggests to open and redo my crown because she's not sure whether there's a cavity under the crown. Well, if you don't see the cavity then spending $$$$ to open the crown and redo it to fix what? At the end I just wanted my regular cleaning done, but she refuses to use the scrape to remove the teeth calculus during regular cleaning, because that might hurt my gum, which is something I never heard of from other dentists. She said this is something that she only do during deep cleaning. So what she worried is not hurting my gum, but me not paying the extra for deep cleaning, hehe. Won't visit anymore!

I had one of my best experiences visiting the dentist at Dr. Nguyen's office. Everyone in the office is very professional and very kind. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have the best dental care.

I highly recommend Dr. Elizabeth Nguyen, she is highly proficient in providing pain free dental treatments, from teeth cleaning, fillings, crowns... She is very caring, thorough and eager to explain the plan of action and procedure in order to help understand the problem, before, during and after the procedure is completed. The whole staff if very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Truly a 5 star dental office experience!

Elizabeth and her staff were amazing. I went to get my teeth cleaned and check on the overall health of my teeth and gums. The staff took care of everything from start to end and I cannot commend them enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended

Doctor Elizabeth Nguyen and her staff are friendly, polite, and professional. I admit it's no fun going to the dentist, but they take a lot of the stress out of it and the service is always prompt. I highly recommend them.

I've had one of my best dental care experiences here! Redwood City Dental's staff are kind and attentive, and Dr. Elizabeth Nguyen is clearly well-versed in her field - not only is she easy to talk to, but she also made my experience with braces extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Nguyen's office is simplistic and clean. She and her staff are friendly and happily answer any questions about your dental care. They took care of me during my long and complicated braces process, I'm glad I have such an attentive team taking care of my teeth.

Dr. Elizabeth Nguyen is highly proficient in providing pain free dental procedures covering the entire spectrum from teeth cleaning to complex bone grafting and implants! She is very caring, thorough and eager to explain the plan of action and procedure. In order to help understand the problem and remedy, the patient is shown large screen digital photos of the affected area before, during and after the procedure is completed. Staff member Mario ( a registered dental assistant) acts as practice manager, receptionist, and chairside assistant. Yancy serves as a chair side assistant and part time receptionist. They both share Dr. Nguyen's compassion and friendliness toward their patients. If one is looking for a small dental practice with a warm and friendly atmosphere and great personalized service, look no further. Sam Miller DVM

The office was super friendly and very attentive. I had an emergeny and was able to have the office take a look at a crown that fell off. They took the time to make sure that it wasnt from injury and was able to get it taken care of right away for me. The office was set up to be very clean and secure. They have all the proper precautions set up for covid. Highly Recommend.

Went as a new patient recently for a consultation and cleaning. It was very easy to get in contact with the staff and schedule an appointment that same week. Staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Nguyen discussed in detail the recommendations she had for my teeth and discussed treatment cost and how much of the bill my insurance was estimated to cover. Treatment was quick and had very little discomfort. I'd recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

RWC SD were so helpful for my filling experience. Unfortunately I needed quite a few fillings, and although nervous with the work required, Dr Nguyen made this a smooth experience, even talking me through each procedure and allowing me time to freak out. Will be my go-to dentist for a long time!
