I graduated from CSUH in 2002 with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise and nutrition. Then I went on to Dental Hygiene school at Diablo Valley College and recieved an A.S. degree in Dental Hygiene.
I have been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2008 and enjoy helping our patients achieve healthy gums and beautiful smiles by providing gentle dental cleanings. I provide our patients with up to date oral hygiene instructions customized to their personal needs.
Dorissa is the friendly face that will greet you at our office. She has over 20 years experience of working in the dental industry and she specializes in dental insurance billing. She enjoys reading a good book and watching movies with her family.
Adriana is our chairside dental assistant who works hard along with Dr Mir in ensuring that our patients have a relaxing and enjoyable experience at our office while they are getting their dental treatments done. Adriana has multiple years of dental assisting experience and is very caring and compassionate.

The most important thing for me when it comes to a doctor is whether I can trust her. I can trust Dr. Mir and feel very lucky that I found her office. What she explains always makes sense to me, and if it doesn't, she will listen to you. Everyone at her office is always nice, too. Highly recommend.

I had not been to the dentist in several years and so I was feeling a bit anxious. I'm so glad that I found Dr. Mir because she is professional, patient, kind and just good at what she does. Nobody LOVES to go to the dentist, right? But, when that time comes, I highly recommend this dentistry...first of all the office staff and especially Lupe were so helpful...I felt welcome and informed. Dr. Mir was very kind and explained everything as she went. NO ONE tried to sell me anything or push me...in fact, they told me that I will need a filling, but wait six months so my new policy with Delta Dental then covers it. I felt confident that I received very good care and I bet you will feel the same.

This is the perfect place to get your dental works done. A nice and comfortable environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Mir took her time to explain everything to me. She is a professional who is skillful at what she does. All my experiences going here have been positive. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Mir is awesome. Very detail oriented and spends time to really make sure you understand what is going on and are comfortable. I have had a filling done and it was the best filling I have ever had. Her team is very friendly and great at what they do!
