I moved to Antioch last year and was struggling to find a good dentist, but this place is absolutely fantastic! The staff are all warm, welcoming, inclusive, and helpful. They will provide you with what you need when asked and the specialists give great advice. Everyone I've seen has definitely known what they're doing. Very comfortable office as well. Thank you Redwing Dental! I highly recommend, it's great to have a nice locally owned dentist in the Antioch area.

My 3 yr old daughter had her first appointment today and they were all so sweet and welcoming making her feel so comfortable! She loved it and can't wait to go back

Easiest 5 stars I have ever given. This was the best dental experience I've had from the waiting room to the dental chair. The ladies in the office are super cool. Shout out to the A-Team! That type of friendliness and service does not go unnoticed. The Dentist Dr. Alexandra Patil is the TRUTH!! Most dentists from my experience are dry old drab men who hate they're job and just go through the motions. She is polar opposite super friendly, high energy, caring, makes sure your comfortable walks you through everything, explains things very well and thorough. She is excellent at her job. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. You guys are awesome thanks everyone !

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The only saving grace is the technician-he was so nice and did a great job for the cleaning. ON THE OTHER HAND. I was told I needed 3 cavities refilled as they were getting older as well as a tooth extraction. Tooth extraction went fine but the 3 cavity refills (all of which were not giving me any trouble or pain) ALL NEED TO BE REDONE AGAIN BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T DONE PROPERLY. Not to mention, when I went in to get this plan created, the dentist that was there went over everything with me. I went back in for the tooth extraction and after she pulled it, they rescheduled my next cavity fill. When I went in for the cavity fill, it was another individual- I asked where the doctor was and they said SHE DIDN'T WORK THERE ANY MORE and this random, elderly man was filling in temporarily. I should have just walked out then.

Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful. The new doctor, Dr. Patel (not sure of spelling) is very nice, as well. Jake cleaned my teeth, and was great! Nice, thoughtful, and helpful guy.

I was pleasantly surprised on how Redwing dental was very nice, even being a first time patient. After the ex-rays and initial exam,.the dentist sat down and went over everything with me slowly and pointed out all the bad spots, and asked about all my concerns. I would recommend Redwing dental care very highly. The whole staff was wonderful !

The doctor removed the temporary crown and put in the permanent one. The team was professional and careful about dental hygiene.

People are nice, however the dentist has changed 3 times in the short time that I've been a patient. I'm also an Invisalign patient and the changes and issues I have come into with that we're not anything that was fully explained before I started this process.

A one star is to much for this rating. Went for exam, x-rays and cleaning on July 14th got the exam and x-rays but no cleaning. Tech said she ran out of time and it would take 20 minutes to clean my teeth. They were upset that I would not agree for them to do some deep cleaning. I tried to explain to them I was a senior on a fixed income and will not work now it didn't matter. So I went back today July 20 to get my cleaning checked in the with the lady behind the counter sat there for 15 minutes then was asked to come back up to the counter to be told I cannot get my cleaning done because the doctor isn't in today to sign the papers that I refused to have a deep cleaning. What a joke this was. I hope Senior's will think twice about going here.

Everyone at Redwing dental in Antioch, IL. were absolutely amazing!!! They all have such wonderful personalities and explain everything so clearly I truly appreciate it. Lindsey at the front desk , Amber the dental assistant and Jen all were wonderful, thank you again I'm so glad I came here for my dental needs.

It is the best Dental care provider by far, I do hope that the schedule could be open more for people like me, that works out of state and I am only home on Friday and weekends. But overall is an amazing place , Friendly personal. Redwing Dental care,Thank you so much

Excited to try out a local dentist based on the reviews. I am not one to post anything at all, but felt my experience should be shared as a warning to folks. My intention was to bring my family of four to this dentist (as new business for them). My oldest daughter went first, no problems, got a thumbs up by her. My youngest daughter, who just turned 18 this year went second. Her experience was not so great, she came home literally in tears and she is the athletic type of person that will finish a race limping with NO tears - so this naturally was concerning to us. She basically informed us that she apparently took too long to fill out her paperwork and that she had to reschedule her cleaning that we had already waited for months to book. Naturally, the x-rays could have been done. These are x-rays that apparently the ones we took less than a year ago with another dentist are apparently not valid when transferring. In other words, their money maker in this situation. Thankfully at the time, my daughter declined it, otherwise they would have had their hooks, since insurance won't pay for full x-rays, except once every 3 years! I rated this one star although it would have been less if I could. I have never in my close to 50 years in my life have had such a worst first impression of any business. I believe this could have been handled in so many different ways to accommodate a brand new adult and not leave her scarred and us as a family completely disgusted for the lack of empathy. In my angst, I have removed all our future appointments even one I was about to have in the afternoon. It is funny, how one will most always have to wait for the doctor or dentist patiently with our mouth shut, but God forbid the paperwork is taking too long for a first timer, even while physically being there - as if their time is more valuable than ours.

Was told at Redwing that I needed a root canal. Friend suggested I see oral surgeon specializing in root canals. Oral surgeon told me there was nothing wrong with tooth in question. Guess Redwing needed money to pay for their fancy facility

Amber is a warm hearted, gentle and skillful dental assistant. I enjoyed the time spent with her during each dental visit when she treated me. It reduced my anxiety being in the dentist office. I really appreciate that!
