An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

This place is ok, they don't work with insurance much, I paid over 4k out of pocket for treatment and was left with a flimsy partial that was supposed to last till the implants but it broke and I could not get in for days, they do not have any after office hours care. Everytime I go there it's another charge for 100.00. I am currently looking for a new dentist that will work with my insurance.

This review is for the pediatric part of Redstone - dentist, Dr. Boz,, and dental assistant, Jonathan. Both are excellent at their jobs and had a patient, caring manner with my 10-year old. They took their time and went the extra mile - highly recommended!

I must say this is probably the best dentist office I've ever been to. From the actual care they have for their patients, to their work efficiency, to their teamwork as a whole. I walked in with immense pain and they could see it on my face. Bernice the dental assistant took great initiative to help ease my pain and get my process started before Dr. Tomes came in to assist her in rescuing me from my oral dilemma. I apologize for not remembering the young lady's name at the front desk but she was an amazing helping hand as well. This office has some of the best staff I've ever encountered with a business and I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing dental work. Thank y'all again so much!

Very professional environment as well as the employee practices. Kelly and Dr. Patel. Make a great team. I am a dental professional patient. I spent a lot of hours in that chair in my lifetime. He didn't leave any stone unturned. After a few issues were sighted and prioritized, an action plan was agreed upon and scheduled. I would highly recommend them to anyone. JHP

The Dentist was very thoughtful and thoroughly discussed all of my issues. They then helped me set a course of action in place while also assisting me navigate my insurance. I know I haven't been to the dentist in a while and normally this opens doors for them to up charge you. However all recommended procedures were backed by digital imaging and explanations. Very comfortable sitting in the chair talking with the dentist. The staff here also makes a world of difference as they never rushed me or seemed rushed by "the next appointment". Overall great experience with them and will be bringing my son back to get his checkup as well.

I have had horrible experiences at other dentist office, so to be honest I was nervous about going but the staff, nurses and dentist are all very nice! They informed well to where I could understand. Just love the staff they are great! Definitely recommend!
