I will forever recommend this dental group. They are amazing and that is an understatement!! They took in my son (age 5) for an emergency dental issue which resulted in a tooth extraction. I called at 8:00 a.m. and we had an appointment set for 10:00 a.m., same day. They made my son and I feel heard and took their time with us (we did not feel rushed at all and were treated like human beings and not just a dollar sign). They gave us a tour of the entire facility while waiting for the doctor to finish up with another patient, showed my son some cool things to make him feel more comfortable, explained everything to me and again to my son, for him understand. My son, who was scared of dentists before the appointment, is no longer scared and is looking forward to going back. The staff was very upbeat, helpful, and catered to my son's every wish. I could go on and on about how awesome this office is, how nice, respectful and relatable the staff is, and how knowledgable and fast the dentists are. I highly recommend!!!!

I love the team at Redstone Dental! Assistant Aaron is always so bubbly and friendly (even first thing in the morning!) and Dr. O is a truly caring dentist with meticulous attention to detail.

I had never had an issue with this office until I did. I do not know if the front office is incompetent or just not properly trained. I had an office visit in April paid around 2k. A few months later got billed for 2k. Called and the previous manager "fixed the issue". Got billed in august estimate $200-300 account went in collections for being "90 days late". Issues: 1) my 2k payment was not applied properly first time around into my account for a couple of months. 2) I called and explained the situation and nobody knew anything or how to explain the 200-300 bill I received. Was told the manager would call me (never did). 3) I went in person to try and resolve this issue 4 times, staff kept saying "come back when manager is here" . 4) Office never billed me for the amount or called to notify of denial from insurance. 5) Finally was helped by a girl but she kept talking to patients in between of helping and talking to coworkers. Walked away as I told her the issue and why it is frustrating to go into collections when I wasn't explained or notified of anything. She never came back to help. 6) front staff kept interrupting the manager as he was helping me. I found it very disrespectful because staff acted like chickens without heads. Very disorganized and unprofessional. The front staff seems to need more training or at least common courtesy to not interrupt so issues or people can get in and out of office. I am the type of person who won't be rude or say anything to someone and let me say front staff made me loose my patience and calmness. So avoid this place if you can or double check that the payments get applied to your accounts.

I have had a lot of dental work done in my life and this is my favorite office I've ever been to. I moved to the area and chose this office because they took my insurance. I went in for a cleaning and found out I had to have more work done which is never fun to hear, but all the staff were so kind and helpful in figuring out the best path forward. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful. When I got the actual work done I was nervous of course but every staff member was so patient, helpful, and kind and it went great! I would highly recommend Redstone Dental and Dr. O.

I had a crack in my tooth, but thankfully the CrackMaster (Dr. Brian O) and his team were able to fix it! They also put the toilet paper correctly on the roll! My visit could not have gone any better!!! #You're favoriteclient

My family has been going to this location for years. The quality of service on the pediatric side of the business is so poor now, we have decided to leave. On more than one occasion for multiple members of my family, they either proactively change/reschedule/attempt to cancel the appointments either when we show up to check-in (literally as we are standing in the office), or on our drive into the office, 20 minutes before the appointment. With each event, I have given them the benefit of the doubt, and am assured that they are addressing the challenges, but after repeated occurrences, I can't keep pulling my kids out of school, taking time off of work, just to have them cancel. The cleanliness of the office has also deteriorated over time as well. Very unfortunate.

Update- I want to take a minute and thank the manager for listening to me and understanding just how frustrating this was. To be clear, I was never upset about the delay. After speaking with the manager I'm confident that we can get things back on track and that he's working very hard to make Redstone Dental better. Thank you for listening. Original post-This location is going downhill fast. My entire family used to be so happy here but the last few times we have been in have been a complete nightmare. Today I took the morning off of work to bring my son in for an ortho appointment. They confirmed the appointment via email and phone last week and this morning I received a confirmation text. Never once did they say that they needed to reschedule because his appliance was not in. I have no messages or emails saying that his appliance was not in. I took of work this morning to bring him in, only to find out his appliance is not in. Annoying yes but I totally understand that there are delays. What set me off was the fact that the lady who came out to speak to me LIED to my face. She insisted that she called me and left messages telling me that the appliance was not in. THAT IS A LIE. I spoke with someone to confirm my appointment, but NEVER was told that we would have to reschedule. This is unacceptable.

They overcharged me for my night guard by nearly $300, which I only figured out from my insurance paperwork. When I called they said they were just going to leave it as a credit on my account - what?? It took two months to get it back, after multiple calls and several different responses (and several promises to call back that weren't kept). I also never felt like my time was respected by staff; I was left waiting for long periods and was once even forgotten about.

Really friendly and amazing staff, but billing issues and the new online appointment system is something out of Seinfeld. You really cannot make this stuff up. Redstone emails nearly three weeks prior of an appointment reminder. I immediately select to reschedule due to a conflict. Confirmation states that someone will reach out to reschedule. Two days prior to the original date, I get an email to complete the eCheck-in. "No activation code? Click here." Your code will arrive in one week either via email or regular mail. I'm pretty sure Kramer is running the IT department.

They take the time to explain to the parents and kids what they are doing in each step. Very patient and kind towards the kids. Very happy with the experience compared to many other dentists we have seen.

I hadn't seen a dentist in roughly a decade prior to seeing Dr. O today. A week or so ago, I had an accident at work that left 3 of my teeth chipped and another cracked. I have some serious anxiety around the dentist. Dr. O and his staff made it clear that I dictated the appt, and that any time I was uncomfortable to let them know. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with a full repair. This good experience is going to set new habits in motion for the new year. I no longer fear (nearly as bad, still scares the hella outta me) the dentist thanks to Dr. O and his team.

I have a family of five, we've been going to Redstone for dental work for five years. It's always a gamble what I might be paying that day, my balance was always changing. Just when I thought I paid off one of my children's braces, two months later I still owe on that . I had a credit of $1000.00 dollars and because of staff mixups they couldn't find. I felt like I was dealing with the mafia. I finally got out of the family! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Good luck!

I had a great visit with Dr. Meister who was able to fix a broken tooth with a permanent crown in just a few hours, start to finish. The entire procedure was painless and done with great care, compassion and skill. I highly recommend Dr. Meister and his staff to anyone! I've been reading some of the reviews that are upset at what they describe as "up sales". I really had to laugh when I read them. When I go to see a medical professional for a check up, i don't consider any treatment for a condition discovered during that check up an "up sale" but rather a sign of a competent professional who wants to make sure that a condition gets treated before it gets worse! That's why I'm going to a check up in the first place.

I unfortunately had to a get a crown done due to a filling cracking BUT I will say that Dr Meister and a wonderful dental assistant named Lacy(who is just the sweetest person)made my whole experience a great time. I highly suggest this duo as your dream team for anything dental in the future. They made me feel comfortable and walked me through all the steps to make sure I wasn't scared or left in the dark. They both made me comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole procedure. Lacy is truly an amazing assistant who truly cares about you,is super gentle, and is highly knowledgeable. Dr Meister is a man who truly knows his craft and straight to the point and will try to make you smile with a joke or two. You can really tell he loves his job.I couldn't suggest a better dental office.

Was denied service today. I was told they would not be able to offer services to me because they discriminate against people with medical conditions. I have a medical condition that they made no effort to work with me on. While I do like Dr Meister, I cannot let this denial of service go without comment. The receptionist today was extremely rude and denied me of my civil liberties.
