Dr. Lan and her team are passionate about helping patients achieve optimal dental health through patient education and prevention. Dr. Lans priority is achieving lasting oral heath which starts by listening to you, the patient, and what your smile goals are. She is dedicated to each of her patients smiles with a simple philosophy; treat patients as if they were her own family.
Dr. Lan received her first dental degree in Shanghai, China. Upon moving to the United States, she advanced her dental education from the University of Boston where she graduated with honors. After moving to the Seattle area with her family three years ago, Dr. Lan has found her dental family with Redmond Way Dentistry and our wonderful patients. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the beautiful northwest trails, skiing, and discovering new restaurants.
Dr. Ho offers his patients a comprehensive dental approach, looking at both your overall dental needs and goals. Each patient has their own individual needs and over all goals. This is what Dr. Ho is best at, helping guide you through your current and future dental needs. With 13 years of experience and many hours of advance dental training, Dr. Ho is here to offer a wide range of both general and advanced procedures all in 1 place, right here at Redmond Way Dentistry.
Dr. Ho earned his double DDS degrees from both National Taiwan University and University of Washington. He also advanced his specialty training with UCLA in Periodontology and Implantology. In 2020 Dr. Hos retrospective Implantology Abstract was accepted and presented by the Academy of Osseointegration (AO) and International Association for Dental Research (IADR). Additional Orthodontic training led to 2021, Dr. Ho becoming a member doctor with the International Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. Prasanna has a strong passion for restorative dentistry with a focus on communication and collaboration with her patients. This passion has allowed her to help her patients achieve their dental goals while improving their overall dental health. Dr. Prasanna has made it her personal goal to offer her patients the best quality in general dentistry available with a personalized relationship. As Dr. Prasanna says, Each patient becomes a part of my family.
Dr. Prasannas dental studies started with Government Dental College in Bangalore, India where she was the top dental student in Prosthodontics. After moving to the United States, she furthered dental education with NYU College of Dentistry. This experience led to her making Redmond her dental home and allowed her to be part of a great community to share her passion for dentistry and patient relations.

I have been going here for a few years now and every time I go I have felt so cared for. The whole staff is so warm and friendly. This last time I had an emergency situation with a very painful inflamed gum. Dr. Lan and Mya were so wonderful and made me feel at ease. I was able to get in that same day!! By the next day I was felling 100% better!! Highly recommend them!!!! You won't be disappointed!!

My wife and I went for a cleaning and we were told, to our surprise, that we wouldn't be seeing our dentist today (only the hygienist). This was not made aware at the time of booking. When I asked why that was the case, the lady at the front desk responded with "In this country, it's normal that you don't see a dentist for a cleaning". I'm exactly not sure what she meant by "In this country", perhaps it was a remark towards my skin color or an assumption that as an immigrant I would not know about the level of care I should expect from my Dentist. I doubt that we will return here based on our interaction today, which is a shame because the two dentists (Dr. Yu and Dr. Prasanna) that we've previously seen were wonderful to work with. PS: Apparently they are booked out for cleanings until February. While it may be true, I find it hard to believe because when they had a mix-up on their end, they were able to find two back-to-back cleaning slots for us, for a date that was days apart from our original date.

Do not go there & let me tell you why! This is the worst place if you want quality work & if you want to see the same provider at all the time! I've been a patient here many years but I think I am done after seeing many dentists and hygienists come and go within a short period of time! Even receptionists don't last working there. Becky is most of the time rude to handle a simple matter over the phone or in person. My schedule constantly getting canceled due to no staff! Since Dr.YU left this practice, I've seen two new dentist named Dr.lan & Dr.Ho who basically have no clue what they are talking about and very hard to understand. They always work on you with no assistant and seems very stressed and overworked! That makes me doubt the quality of their work. I also recently was informed that my beloved hygienist Sara is gone too. Sara was the kindest, most gentle, professional and caring hygienist I've ever had at this place and so sad to see her gone! She was a darling. This place is no longer where I want to go for continuing care since every time I have to deal with new providers and changes or get a call to get re-scheduled. Seems like they don't value their employees enough so they keep losing them! I will go to my husband's dentist and will never regret my decision, specially now that my hygienist Sara & my favorite dentist Dr.Yu are both gone for god knows what reason! That's all red flag for me and I do not support this kind businesses! Now it's up to you if you wanna give them a chance to work in mouth or not! Good luck!

I am a new patient to Redmond Way Dentistry and the experience was great. Dr. Ho, Christine and Becky are very friendly and professional. The services and advice I've received are all helpful and good to me. I am really looking forward to my 2nd appointment in 10 days!

It has always been a good experience visiting here. The staff is friendly and the advice provided I have found to be right. They have taken care of my dental needs for the past 4 years and I plan to continue going to them in the future.

Since the transfer of ownership to new owner, this dentistry is not the same anymore. Avoid going here as there are better dentistry available in the area. They are unprofessional, the doctors and the hygienist keeps on changing as they don't pay them. They don't keep record of the treatment history.

If I can give 10 stars I would! Dr. Lan is very responsible and be pretty clear about what's best for you. All the service right here are excellent, people are friendly and funny.

My husband and I have been going to Redmond Way Dentistry for two years. We moved 40 minutes away but continue to make the drive for dentist appointments rather than find a closer dentist because we like them so much. We've both had negative experiences with other dentists but we haven't had any problems here. I've liked every dental hygienist I've had and always feel taken care of. They also always directly tell me what everything will cost and what is required or optional without pressuring me into unnecessary procedures/ products etc. Maybe one day we will switch to a closer dentist, but for now it's worth the drive to have a dentist that we like and know we can trust.

I have been with Redmond Way Dentistry for about 2 years. Summary: it's awesome. 10/10 would recommend! I came here after going to another place in Redmond where I had a really crummy experience - in contrast, the doctors, hygienists, front desk, and billing staff are ABSOLUTELY fantastic here. They work together wonderfully and are incredibly efficient as well as friendly with patients. They don't try to add on any random unnecessary things and don't use scare tactics to convince you to buy things (unlike another experience I had in Redmond). They are super helpful with getting things figured out with insurance and scheduling is super easy. I have had multiple cleanings, a filling for a surprise tooth chipping (only took about 30min and looks great!), and a nightguard made (best one I've had). Highly recommend people go here!

My husband and I have been patients at Redmond Way Dentist for almost five years. I feel confident in giving them a 5-star rating and would 10/10 recommend the place to everyone. I have had cleaning, fillers and even a crown made with them and never had a bad experience. The doctors always make me feel relaxed and calm, the hygienists and front desk staffs are nothing but competent, helpful and super friendly.

The person in charge of scheduling was disinterested and did not bother to get the name right even after having us repeat it several times. We ended up not booking the appointment because of this person's unprofessional attitude.

Had a poor experience here. Front staff was not wearing masks. They messed up my records and tied my name to another patients account and couldn't fix it. The hygienist forgot to clean half of my mouth and when I pointed it out she only cleaned the top, not the bottom teeth. She rushed the second half causing quite a bit of pain. Dentist rushed in during cleaning and was quite abrupt.

Redmond Way Dentistry was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Lan and Lauren knew exactly how to communicate in a way that was comfortable and reassuring of their experience. A very professional, polite and friendly group from the moment you check in to the time you walk out. Would recommend highly!

Moved to Redmond last year and chose Redmond Way Dentistry because everyone in my family had a great experience! It's a very professional and well run practice, went there for cleanings and x rays and had a very good experience with Dr Prasanna and staff. Highly recommend.

Redmond Way Dentistry is 5 stars. I needed emergency appointment for broken tooth. Receptionist was so nice and gave me an appointment right away. Dr. Lan, fixed my broken tooth very quickly. They told me all cost before treatment and they are in network with our Premier Insurance. I look forward to my next appointment in two weeks.

Redmond Way Dentistry is the best office I have ever been to. Dr. Kelly Yu and Maya are amazing and never settle for anything less than perfect. I was recommended to this office after I received the "best I could get" front teeth bridge from a dental office in Orlando, FL which is where I live. It was the worst thing I had imagined so I flew out to Redmond to see if Dr. Yu could make me want to smile again. The amount of dedication she put into shaping my temporaries and making them look like my smile was so relieving. The temporary bridge looked so great I would have left with those and have been completely happy. The final bridge is even better if you can believe it. They made them look like real teeth. I cannot thank Dr. Yu enough for my beautiful smile and will gladly fly here for any dental work needed. Special thanks to the administration team who accommodated my challenging travel schedule through this process.

This was my first visit to a dentist in a long time. I was somewhat hesitant to visit a dentist due to past bad dental experiences. Redmond Way Dentistry had great reviews online so i figured id give it a try. They were not only friendly- they made me feel comfortable and made the whole process easy for me. Ive already had my first visit back to have fillings done and they kept me comfortable and got it done. Special shout out to Dr. Prasanna- She is very nice and explained everything to me. Both her and her team are the reason I will keep coming back!

This is simply the best dentist I've been to! I've experienced such an amazing makeover- I no longer dread dentist visits and my smile is looking so much better!! From the moment you step in the door the team makes you feel at ease - from the fantastic front desk staff, to the hygienists who are so caring, to Dr.Yu who absolutely rocks.
