Dr. Sengupta graduated from the University of Washington, School of Dentistry with Specialization in Periodontics and received a Master of Science Degree in Dentistry. She has extensive training in the field of Periodontics including Dental Implant surgery, Bone grafting, Periodontal esthetic surgery, and treatment of Advanced periodontal disease. Her professional training spans over 15 years of clinical and educational experience in various fields of Dentistry.
She is currently an Affiliate Associate Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Washington, School of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Society of Periodontists, Washington State Dental Association and Seattle King County Dental Society. She is an active member of many study clubs and frequently presents lectures on clinical cases, techniques and innovations in Periodontics.
Dr. Senguptas experience and expertise empowers her to drive a practice philosophy grounded in knowledge, skill and personal relationships with her patients. She treats her patients as family members with empathy and compassion and ensures a high level of ongoing periodontal health for them.She is friendly, cheerful, gentle, and compassionate with a pleasing chair-side manner.
Marlen has been in the dental field since 1965. Her passion for preventive dentistry was born from working with a periodontist in Northern California. As a result of her experience in that practice, she returned to school to get her degree in dental hygiene. Her passion for helping patients keep their mouths healthy has been a driving force in her career. Additional advanced degree studies in psychology and clinical hypnotherapy have aided her in motivating patients to desire a higher degree of dental health while experiencing less anxiety.
Outside of work, Marlen is involved with her family which includes 5 sons and 8 grandchildren. She enjoys such gardening, crafts, sewing, photography, reading and enjoying the outdoors. Her involvement with church includes grief recovery especially for children. She and her beagles, are co-authoring a series of books helping children deal with difficult grief issues.
Jill has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 40 years. She grew up in Bellevue, attended Sammamish High School and went to the University of Washington. She got her dental hygiene training at Lake Washington Technical College and graduated in 2006. Jill loves making patients feel at ease in her chair and educating them about their oral health. Helping her patients achieve a great smile is what she loves! When shes away from work, you can find her following her beloved Huskies or Major League Baseball, competing in rodeos riding one of her three horses or spending time with her Golden Retriever, River.
Wendy Lantz-Beach currently resides in Bothell and has lived in Washington most of her life. Wendy has been in the dental industry for 20 years and has been with Dr. Lo since the summer of 2007. Wendy is very dedicated in helping all our patients with scheduling needs, insurance concerns, treatment planning and financial coordination. Basically, Wendy is our go-to-gal for patient relations as well as chief of trouble shooting computer issues.
Outside of the office, she spends time at home cooking for her son (Jordan) and husband (Joe) and then shares her leftovers with the whole team. Cooking is one of her passions along with party planning and social gatherings. Wendy is also passionate about animals. She rescued Morgan (her Lab/Pitt mix) from Rain City Rescue based in Georgia, where she was the Adoption Coordinator for 3 years. Since 2006, Wendy has been participating in the Breast Cancer 3-Day to raise awareness and to help find a cure for breast cancer.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lo for years. Everyone in the office is friendly. Dr. Lo cares for his patients and goes the extra mile for the work to be done correctly. I'm moving out of the area and going to miss him and his staff.

I've been coming to Dr. Lo for the last couple of years, and this dental office is the best dental care experience I've had in my life. He is very professional, friendly, kind, gentle and smart and he really care about his patients. Excellent staff! Highly recommended!!!

This review is not an exaggeration by any means. I trust Dr. Lo with my life. I used to have the worst experiences with dentist. I have probably tried over 30 dentists throughout my life. I'm not a difficult or picky patient by any means. The issues I had faced with dentists was 1) the feeling they gave me about my terrible quality teeth 2) the awful journey my tooth went through after said tooth was "fixed". I have been visiting Dr. Lo for over 10 years. Every tooth Dr. Lo has fixed for me has been perfect since. His bedside manner is hands down the best I have experienced. His hygienists are fantastic. He is always up to date with technology and research. My teeth have never felt better or healthy. I can't say enough. If he has an opening and you're looking, I HIGHLY recommend

I have been through nearly a dozen dentists in my life and none of the others were as good or personable as Dr. Lo. He does excellent work and stands behind it if something should go wrong. If you are looking for a dentist in Redmond then do yourself a favor and go here first.

I've been a patient at Redmond Parc Square Dental for probably 20 years, and have been very happy with the service and care of everyone in the office. I'm never kept waiting, and everyone is so nice. They are even replacing my crown at no charge, because I currently don't have dental insurance. We moved from Redmond to Burlington 2 years ago, and are still driving down to Redmond for our dental care. Thanks Dr. Lo and team!

Both my wife and I have been seeing Dr. Lo and his team for many years. Dr. Lo uses latest technologies to minimize discomfort and provide the best quality care, right down to warm bottled water for rinses. The team is always courteous and on time, I have never waited more than 2 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen. Two years ago we moved 70 miles North of Redmond and still travel to this office for our dental needs. We have always appreciated the dedication of this team to provide fantastic service! I have been working in Dental field for over 20 years and have been exposed to many different dental offices. Dr. Lo took care of me like family, it was painless and quick. I got a little bit emotional because of some anxiety about Dental procedures, but the assistant was very caring and gentle. Thanks for great experience.

I have traveled all over since the age of 18 and have had many dentists over the past 12 years; this is the first time I have felt comfortable in a dentists' office. I'm from the middle of nowhere Iowa and this place feels like being back home. I'm not a number to be looked at and pushed on. People remember my name and ask how my family is doing and what's new. And I'm not always the warm and fuzzy type so for me to go out of my way for a review is big. Love the staff and wanted to share my appreciation for the work they do!

All of the staff at Dr. Lo's office is friendly, jovial, and really takes the time to get to know you as a person, not just a "dental patient." Dr. Lo is very proud of his work, and he works to make sure all of his procedures are up to the level of excellence you expect in a Dentist. I've had cleanings, cavity fillings, and 2 crowns at their office, and each time, they make sure i'm comfortable, pain-free during procedures, and happy with my results.

Dr. Lo is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. In the past few years he and his team helped improve my dental hygiene practices and my teeth have never been cleaner. I also had terrible jaw issues due to grinding my teeth at night, and they helped me get a night guard and sort out my chronic issues. Not to mention Dr. Lo clearly cares a lot about his patients and their wellbeing. I'd recommend him to everybody!

I recently cracked a tooth in half and was told by another dentist it could not be saved. That the only option given to me was to do an extraction and later place an implant (costly, painful, a last resort). I was so overwhelmed, but I called Dr. Lo's emergency phone line over the weekend for a second opinion. Without ever meeting me, he consulted with me during his day off and got me into his office first thing on Monday morning. It's been a six week process, but he was able to do with other dentists said was impossible- HE SAVED MY TOOTH! The crown is beautiful and I feel so grateful for finding my permanent dentist in a new area. He's an amazing dentist, the staff are kind, and his office is nice and clean! Highly recommend Dr. Lo to anyone looking for a dentist.

This need to be shouted from the rooftops - Dr. Lo is the man! He has single handedly got me over my fears of being at any dentist, squashed my fear if needles, got my dental health back on track all while being just generally awesome in the process! I HATED needles, with a passion. I really cannot wmphasize this enough. Just the sight of them would get me to tense up. Dr. Lo recognized this, and did his little magic to take your mind off of it, and get you through it. They no longer phase me due to his caring touch. Dr. Lo is extremely dedicated to his staff and patients - I have seem him (with his sons in tow) come in on a Saturday to replace a broken temp crown ( 100% my fault, then I chewed it right after it popped off, making popping it back on a non-starter) with a smile on his face and nothing less than staller service. He did an OUTSTANDING job correcting my little sisters front teeth, which had broken off the front two at a much younger age. After his work, you cannot tell, and my little sis smiles Ike she hasn't in years, thanks again to Dr. Lo. I recommend Redmond Parc Square to everyone I know - I now drive 24 miles just to go there, no plans to find anymore more local after I moved - I'm sticking with Dr. Lo!

Previously Dr. Tanaguchi, and now Dr. Lo (at least 10 years) and his staff have provided my dental care and my children's dental care for 20 years. They are professional, trustworthy, courteous and empathetic...everything you want from your dentist. Their conservative approach to dental care means that I have received everything that I needed at the time, and nothing I didn't. Dr. Lo and his hygienist's have worked miracles in my mouth, minimizing pain and optimizing results. I'm very grateful that I'm getting excellent dental care from the best in the business.

June 6, 2021 I started going to Dr. Lo, DDS the fall of 2015. He was so very kind, gentle and thorough. He has since remained that way every time I visit his office. My last visit was to fix a chipped front tooth (which he had worked on the last time I was there). There was no charge because of a guarantee for the work he had previously done in August of 2020. Dr. Lo would be the dentist I would definitely recommend to all who are seeking a thoughtful, caring and all round expert dentist.
