Surgeon was recommended by my dentist. Surgeon did a great job explaining the procedure. Staff was very nice. After the procedure he reached out to see if i was ok. Follow up was after a week. Great experience overall even for a wisdom tooth removal.

If I had four more wisdom teeth, I would still let Dr.Eggert do them for me.

The last of our four daughters went to Dr. Eggert for her wisdom extraction. Of all the oral surgeons we've had over the years, Dr. Eggert is by far the best. Timed the anesthesia to where she wasn't groggy all day. Worked with us to plan the medications she needed BEFORE the surgery. No complaints.

Professional, sensitive, informative, caring, and focused not only quality care but comfort. I was dreading wisdom teeth removal but Dr. Eggert & his team made it as pleasant as it could be. Glad I went there!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation. I've never had surgery before, so to say that I was terrified is an understatement But it ended up being such a smooth experience through and through. I followed all of Dr. Eggert's post-op instructions and was back to 90% of my normal self within 4 days!! I would never have imagined that wisdom tooth surgery could be so pain-free. Thank you so much to the team - highly recommend this oral surgery office.

I had my last wisdom tooth pulled. I checked in at 11:28 and I was on the way to the grocery store at 11:42. The easiest wisdom tooth removal ever. Hardly any pain and it's healing up nicely. Hopefully I don't need anymore teeth pulled but I know where I'm going if I need to.

I wouldn't suggest that people with health issues or any sort of disability go here. I was asked to leave twice here in one visit, I wasn't trying to be problematic. I asked Randell not to raise his voice at me or snap his fingers at me when he interacted with me. He procced to intimidate me and treat me inhumanly. They told me that my blood pressure was high-- I was also telling them that I was having a rapid heart rate. These health issues are fairly new for me. I was having discomfort, he asked me how I was feeling and I told him that I was feeling sort of weird. When he was asking me questions about these things, I was looking at my phone from time to time, but I was in fact listening to him and told him to go ahead and ask away. If you're like me and have stimming issues, then having your phone in your hand can be a sense of comfort-- I'm grateful that I don't have the amount of social anxiety that I use to, because it could have been traumatizing for anyone that does with how I was treated. He didn't like that I was looking at my phone, but I just waiting on him to ask me questions, trying to answer them to the best of my ability, he later told me that I was being to 'vague' with my answers. If you know the person isn't feeling well, why would you want to exacerbate the situation when more? ?

Had 4 wisdom teeth removed a few months ago. I think people's pain tolerances are different, but my extraction was as painless and smooth as could be - I barely felt anything after the operation and didn't need the oxy/painkillers at all, and everything healed nicely afterwards. Highly recommended!

I got recommended this surgeon from my dentist and I am so glad I chose this place! Staff here is super patient oriented. The office suite itself is clean and comfortable. I had no problems at all scheduling my wisdom teeth removal here, and they were super willing to work with my schedule. They're always ready for your appointment time so no waiting is needed. Dr. Eggert is very polite and he cuts to the chase immediately, which I appreciate as a busy person. I was put to sleep in the actual surgery, and the whole experience was quite relaxing. They are very transparent about what procedures you will be getting and they do it super well. I am recovering from the surgery with little post-op pain and no complications.

Dr. Eggert is legendary! He is super kind, very professional and skilled surgeon. I have had multiple wisdom teeth removal with him, and all removals and surgery went super smooth! After the procedures, Dr. Eggert and his team called me to check how I was doing and make sure I was feeling well and healing okay. This kindness and great level of care is rare to find. One of my removals was a surgery with general anaesthesia because the tooth was buried deep and twisted, yet Dr. Eggert did an extraordinarily amazing job in extracting this wisdom tooth, I never got any complications and I healed perfectly fine in the expected time as he had told me. I was advised to extract this deeply buried tooth with surgery, years before I met Dr. Eggert, and I never dared to go for the surgery because of the nerve complications which all doctors previously explained. Dr. Eggert also explained the same complications to me before surgery, but with Dr. Eggert, and after experiencing a very smooth extraction procedure with him last year, I felt so confident that he will do the best he could with my complicated situation, and I was absolutely right, I never got any side effects or complications after surgery and my tooth healed very well. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Eggert and I hope this review can help others who are looking for a professional surgeon. Don't hesitate, Dr. Eggert is the best.

I just had 6 teeth extraction, premolars and wisdom teeth, with general anesthesia. I'm surprised how fast the sugery went. My sister coming with me said it was like only 30-45 minutes. So far I haven't felt any pains. Clearly aftercare advice and had doctor call to check up if I'm feeling ok or have any questions. The staffs were nice snd friendly! Highly recommend :)

My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Eggert last week and we are so glad we went to him! From our initial consultation, the surgery and today's follow up, everyone was helpful and took great care. The office is very Covid safe taking all necessary precautions. Dr. Eggert was very clear during the initial meeting on what to expect at the surgery and what to do when recovering. They patiently answered all our questions. On the day of the surgery, they sent my daughter home afterwards with everything she would need to help her recover. Dr. Eggert called and checked in that same evening to see how she was doing. She never needed more than the ibuprofen and Tylenol to reliever her pain. I'm happy to say that after only a week, she is healing very well and fast. I highly recommend Dr. Eggert and his great staff!

If your teen is of age to have their wisdom teeth out, go to Dr. Eggert in Redmond! I'm posting this because he is a true gem of a person a deserves all the recommendation I can give! My son had his surgery last week--taking advantage of class being on break. My son ran out of his pain meds Christmas Day and was still in enough pain that he couldn't eat any of the special meal I was making. We called the after hours line and got the doctor himself. He found a pharmacy that was open and near both of us. He drove the script to the Walgreens to hand deliver it (something about they won't take it over the phone). We were able to get more pain medicine on Christmas Day! It truly made me cry at how caring that was!

I was nervous because I had 3 deep set wisdom teeth, including two along my jaw line. I also was having them removed in my 30s. It was smooth and quick, and nothing bad happened. I barely even bled. I only ever used the ibuprofen and Tylenol, and was off both by 10 days after.
