First went to doctor Kramp because I was in pain and needed a root canal immediately so my dentist referred me to him. I am happy he did. They received in emergency and started with some temporary treatment to stop the pain. The desk staff was very nice and explained the payment with details. Dr Kramp had me come back in a proper slot to finish the procedure with some definite seal and I was not charged twice even though some steps had to be repeated. The procedures was painless and they gave me regular check up call to see if everything was fine. Dr Kramp himself called to check up one me. Now I hope I don't ever need to see an endodontist again but I'd go back to Dr Kramp without hesitation if I ever need to

Recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Kramp and have zero pain following procedure. Staff was friendly and professional throughout. Great experience & highly recommend.

EDIT: Our past visit didn't require proper endodontics treatment and was superficial; the tooth was hanging on the post and core support and it had to be just taken out. We were quite disappointed due to a few reasons like delays in starting the treatment, billing confusions and communication gaps between this clinic and our family dentist. That had forced us to provide low rating and scathing remark. As luck would have it, my wife experienced deep dental issues that required RCT. There were suspicions of nerve damage and/or dying tooth. Our dentist strongly felt that this requires Endodontics help. He strongly recommended Dr.Kramp despite our original concerns. He also provided assurance that we in Redmond are lucky to have an endodontist like Dr.Kramp. Our experience this time couldn't be better. We were left wondering if we made a mistake with our 1 star review earlier(Indeed we were mistaken). There was deep empathy and the treatment was magical. Our dentist couldn't be more correct. The issue that my wife had with her tooth was magically fixed as the treatment was carried out expertly. We couldn't be more happier. If there is a deep dental problem that requires endodontist help, then this is the place and we highly recommend Dr.Kramp for patients in the Redmond area. We vouch for this doctor now and grateful for the world-class treatment that we received. We strongly agree with our dentist(Dr.Stonebreaker from Redmond Signature Dentistry) that we are lucky to have this Endodontics clinic in this area.

My story is a bit long from having a old crown replaced and then cover-19 happened and my tooth started to ache! My "then" dentist told me he couldn't see me!! He is NOT my dentist anymore.. I now go to Dr. Nomi. Who is amazing! My new crown turned into needing a root canal! Then a re-do on the root canal. Anyway... with the help of my new Dentist Dr. Nomi he reached out to Dr. Eichenberger for a second opinion on what might be causing my pain. I'm sorry like I said it's a long story!! Over a year of pain. Dr. Eichenberger and his staff were so kind to hear me story! He did this out of the kindness of his heart because I had been through so much and I had already used my Dental benefits and more during this year process.. He even did the Cone Beam scan which gives the best look of what could be going on. They also let my good friend come in with me since we all had been vaccinated since she has been my extra ears during this ordeal. I felt at ease with Dr. Eichenberger! He listened to all my questions and answered them so I was able to understand. I just can't tell you how relieved I was after my appointment! Their equipment was even better than where I had my Root Canal at. If I ever have to have another root canal done. Redmond Endodontics is where I will be going! Dr. Eichenberger will leave a lasting memory of compassion and the willing to go beyond for someone that was almost at her wits end.. Thank you Dr. and the whole staff.. I will be bringing you all cookies in the future.. Have a wonderful Summer!!

I agree with the other reviewer that this place lacks good communication, transparency and collaboration with their partner dentist who referred us to Dr Kramp. We were inspected and referred for root canal, but then we were inspected again here and then was given a date for another month out while we were in pain. Even though we called upfront to let them know that we are booking the appointment for root canal as recommended by our dentist. Had to go to another dentist who were able to do the root canal and relive me from the pain. Also, threatened to send our bill to collection when we called to check why on the bill we received. This was before the due date and first bill itself.

Redmond Endodontics has a wonderful and highly knowledgeable staff! I've seen Dr Eichenberger a couple times now and feel very confident in who he is as an endodontist. My root canal was painless and he talked me through every step of the way. He's gentle and listens to his patients! I'm so thankful to be a patient of a trustworthy doctor and his staff!

Done root canals here. It was great experience. No pain during treatment or after. Doctor and assistant did great job and made me feel comfortable during all time. They both helped me to overcome anxiety about the procedure.

Dr. Kramp has performed 3 root canals for me and his work is always excellent. He is empathetic to the client when making tough calls for your teeth. He is the best doctor I have ever been a patient of.
