The dentist was very nice and explained things very well, but scheduling a follow up appointment was impossible. We sent 3 different e-mails over multiple business days attempting to schedule without any sort of response about scheduling, and tried to call multiple times across multiple business days as well, but we never had anyone answer the phone, and the answering machine system seemed completely broken. Honestly, it's been so difficult to schedule an appointment that I suspect that perhaps it's racially motivated, since I don't really have any other reasonable theory on why they'd just completely avoid scheduling. Even if it's not the case, I'm no longer comfortable with scheduling an appointment because we feel unwelcome here, and we already have pretty bad dental anxiety - I can't take the additional pressure of being afraid that the dentist doesn't even want us to be there. It's a shame too, because the dentist and nurses were extremely kind and helpful, but that doesn't matter if they just won't accept your business.

I saw Dr. Ellen Vyas after so many years without regular dental care. Since it had been so long I was very nervous about potential pain and was self conscious about the state of my mouth. Dr. Ellen took lots of time to explain exactly what she would do and what to expect. It was a painless experience! The doctor was very compassionate and didn't make me feel judged at all. I just completed my second visit and I experienced no pain at all and everyone in the office was so nice and helped me minimize my nerves. This is the first time ever I feel good I'm going to se a dentist! Thank you all for being so gentle and patient with me!

Had some fillings done there, service was adequate. However when I tried to schedule a follow up appointment for a cleaning/exam, I sent an email, sent an inquiry via their website, and left a voicemail. Instead of getting any kind of response, I got a letter in the mail saying that they could no longer see me as a patient, with no reason provided. Their dental work was ok, but trying to obtain information/an appointment, only to get dropped out of the blue is rather ridiculous. Definitely better run dentists office out there.

I tend to have really bad dental anxiety (to the point where I avoided the dentist for years) but I actually feel pretty comfortable going in to the dentist now that I've been coming here! I've had bad experiences with other dentists, so I always tense up and stress out. But here I can feel safe knowing that I control the pace and the dentist will actually listen to the feedback I give and adjust. I will happily keep coming here and have been suggesting to others to do the same. They Sven have payment plan options and will work with you so that you get the dental work you need and can afford.

Its was my best decision to visit Redmond dentists for my dental related issues. Ellen vyas put all her efforts and experience to save my teeth. Thanx to Ellen and team. Always suggest people to visit for their dental related issues. 5 stars.

Staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. Always a nice experience! Grace is wonderful at managing the front desk, and it's always a pleasure to see Dr. Ellen. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Redmond Dentists with fixing a failed implant issue. Dr. Ellen clearly explained the options I had, help me choose an option I was comfortable with, and executed the remediation actions with great care. I previously had some painful experiences w.r.t my dental issues, but this was a breeze.
