Dr. Max Higbee is a native Oregonian who attended the University of Oregon prior to receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Oregon Dental School, now theOHSU Dental School.He first put his skills to practice serving as a dentist during the Vietnam War. Upon completion of his service, Dr. Higbee began his private practice in Redmond, Oregon in September, 1971. Due to his passion for his patients and a forward thinking philosophy, his practice continues to grow and expand.
Dr. Ho is a bright and friendly addition to the Redmond Dental Group family. She grew up in Georgia before moving to California. Graduating from UCSD with a Bachelors in Communication, she went onto excel in her Dental class at Midwestern University in Arizona where she received her DMD. After graduating she moved to Oregon because of her love for fishing, mountain biking, hiking and enjoying a good meal. She originally practiced in Roseburg and has been practicing at Redmond Dental Group for nearly a year now. Dr. Ho is such a perfect addition! Patients love her calm demeanor and feel comfortable in her skillful hands. We are so lucky to have her and cant wait for you to meet her too.
Dr. Lee Sharp has been practicing dentistry in Southern Oregon for over 35 years. He has treated thousands of compromised patients and has hundreds of hours of continuing education in Sedation Dentistry, Implants, Oral Surgery and other complex dental procedures. We are honored to have him join the Redmond Dental Group family and know you and your family will feel right at home in his caring and competent hands.
I have been working at Redmond Dental Group for over 35 years. First as a dental assistant and for the last 20 years as a dental hygienist. Helping patients have the best experience possible is our number one priority at RDG. I feel fortunate to have been allowed to assist patients with their dental health over the years. In my personal time I am passionate about competing in cutting horse events, and have many other hobbies.
I have lived in Central Oregon and worked with Dr. Max for 10 years and in the dental field for 15. When Im not working my time is spent with my family enjoying hiking, floating the river and summers on the back of the bike.
I have worked in the administration side of dentistry for Dr. Higbee for the past 18 years. Redmond Dental Group is a family-oriented practice, and I appreciate the wonderful service our doctors and staff provide to the people in our community. Growing up here in Redmond, I have always loved the outdoors, and can often be found snowmobiling and hiking with my husband.
Meeting new patients, learning about their lives, and spending time with established patients, is great. They all feel like family to me, as they do to my coworkers, and everyone here looks forward to a day filled with chances to talk, learn, and laugh. We really like our patients and value the friendships that we have with them. Here, the emphasis is always on doing our best for our patients, all of the time. As for my personal life, my husband and I have a young child. We love being together, especially exploring the great outdoors. We like camping and hiking most of all.
Ive been with this practice for more than 18 years and have worked in dentistry for more than 33. Seeing all the changes in technology and treatment options, especially the painless treatments we can now offer, has been incredible. I am proud of the fact that we provide a safe, welcoming environment for our patients, and that even those who are scared about seeing a dentist leave here with a smile. My personal life revolves around my husband, Jon, and our three sons, Rob, Dave, and TJ. I love watercolor painting, gardening, and traveling. In fact, Ive been to Africa, twice. Im also an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers. Each year I throw a great Super Bowl party for family and friends.
I am so proud to say I am a part of the team at Redmond Dental Group. I feel fortunate to have been given the opportunity to work in such a great environment doing a job I love. Every patient is so unique in their own way, and I enjoy spending time with them to get to know them. Everyone at RDG works together as one big family, all with the same goal in mind: striving for each patient to have a dental visit that exceeds expectations. I have loved living in Oregon my entire life. My free time revolves around my two daughters, family, and friends. I also volunteer at my church and prepare meals to feed the homeless.

Making people feel good about their smile or making them feel at ease are just some of the aspects of this job that I love.When I am not at work I can be found mountain biking, running along the river trail, or playing with my dog.
I love helping our doctors from chairside as they treat our patients. I provide reassurance and a comforting smile to our more timid patients and I love setting them at ease. Seeing their smiles once their treatment is finished is great. It is always fast, effective, and painless! This is a very caring environment and we love working together, making a positive difference for our patients. In my home life, I keep busy with my three children. Every weekend we go on a nature hike while I teach them Spanish. I also work with our local Latin community helping them to understand public assistance and how to ask for help when they need it.
Each person at this office has something unique to contribute. We care for one another, respect each other, and all strive to make a difference in the lives of our patients. The connections that are made and the conversations that are shared are some of the best parts of working here at RDG. I am one of six children and have two wonderful kids of my own. I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, reading, and spending time with my family.
Each of our patients is unique and we treat them as the individual that they are. That means we listen, we care, and we respect their unique concerns and points of view. Helping our patients throughout their visit, talking with them, explaining whats going to happen during their exam or treatment, allows me to make sure they have a good experience. I love that! When Im not at work, I enjoy BBQs, going shopping, curling up with a good book, or heading outside for camping and hunting. Ive been part of the team for nearly 7 years now and I still love coming to work everyday!
Each day, I get to meet and help amazing people. By putting their needs first and making sure that we have a schedule that works with their lifestyle, I can make their lives less stressful. We offer treatment choices and payment options, so they are able to get the care that they need, when they need it. Thats a very good feeling. Outside of work, my husband Paul and I have three children, Mike, Evan, and Kai. I enjoy gardening, running, and staying active. Its been my pleasure to work for Dr. Higbee for 22 years.
I am so lucky to work for Redmond Dental Group, I love the fun and positive environment. There is no better feeling than seeing a patient leave happy and with a smile on their face. I attended dental hygiene school at Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls. When Im not working I like to hunt, fish, spend time with friends and family, eating pizza and playing with my saint Bernard Sarge. I grew up in Central Oregon and couldnt imagine living anywhere else.

Originally from central Oregon, I now reside in the Redmond area with my son who loves archery and baseball, and my daughter who loves animals and gymnastics. I love watching my kids play sports, especially Bend North Little League games!
