Dr. Bickel grew up in Eastern Washington and attended Eastern Washington University, graduating with his Bachelors of Science in Biology and Chemistry. He then attended the University of Washington School of Dentistry where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Before attending Dental School, he enjoyed his time working as a Dental Lab Technician, fabricating gold, porcelain, and zirconia crowns for patients.
Dr. Bickel has always been a huge advocate of continuing education to ensure patients are receiving the best treatment available. That's why he attends continuing education courses on a monthly basis. In a fast-paced field that is always changing, it is vital to stay abreast of all of the recent research and provide patients with proven techniques and dental materials to ensure everyone has optimal dental and overall health.

Very pleasant experience, Dr Bickel and his staff are very good at what they do. The local lab they work with is also the best. I'm very satisfied, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Bickel and the rest of the staff are great. I didn't develop the best of dental habits growing up but everyone here has been super accommodating, put me at ease, have been doing great work in helping me be proud of my smile and take pride in maintaining better oral health.

Dr. Bickel is amazing. He isn't pushy like some dentists and respects the patients wishes. He always does an amazing job! I also love all of the staff from the front desk to the hygienists. This place is the best!

I was greeted very kindly upon entering Dr Bickel's office. The dental hygienist Ingrid came out to walk me to the chair and explained what was happening today. She was very gracious and professional throughout. Thank you for an excellent cleaning

I've only ever had great experiences at this clinic! The exam chairs lean back to have you pointed straight at a TV with subtitles, changed to any popular channel you like while your teeth are cleaned instead of staring at the ceiling. All the hygienists and techs and front desk staff and kind and funny and able to keep up conversation no matter how early it is in the day. Any questions I have are answered completely, and the techs give advice to keep your teeth as clean as possible while also taking into consideration time and money. Scheduling is always easy and convenient, and can be done in office, over the phone, on the site, and even over text. Their insurance coordinators are fantastic as well.

Not only is Dr. B amazing but his office manager Devina is beyond amazing! She goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can. Dr. B is the first dentist I have found since I moved here in 2014 that I feel I can trust.

Dr. Bickel, Davina, and the entire staff at RAD make going to the dentist as pleasurable as going to the dentist can be. They are patient, caring, and, on a number of occasions, have gone above and beyond to help with our dental emergencies. This mama is forever grateful!

There's nothing I fear more than going to the dentist. With that being said, Doctor Bickel and his staff have gone above and beyond to meet my needs and reduce my anxiety as much as possible. I've gotten cleanings, dental work, and I'm in the process of straightening my teeth with ClearCorrect aligners. What I love the most about coming here is that I'm met with the same friendly faces each time I come. I don't have to get acquainted with an ever rotating set of staff and that means a lot to me. They're also very prompt. I never have to spend time in the waiting room. That helps a lot with my anxiety as well. While I can't say I love anything about going to the dentist, I must say that there's no other dentist I'd rather go to!

My mouth is a project, decorated with pins from jaw surgery and root canals from decades of not caring for my weak enamel properly---it's embarrassing really, but they're kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable in how they approach my complicated care plan!they have some of the best tech available to adequately assess the health of your mouth! I feel 100% confident and comfortable while I'm in their care. Also, They're entirely transparent in their care plans, billing and estimates. Let's face it, $1500/year from insurance is not nearly enough to cover even the most minor work beyond cleanings and exams these days. Rest assured Dr Bickle spends his free time fighting legislation for improved coverage in dental plans, not so he can increase his prices, but so his patients pay less out of pocket. He's a hero and his office ladies and technicians are the sweetest and best around. Highly recommend.

Gentle and thoughtful, always aware of patient comfort and understanding of procedures. The entire staff is amazing, clearly showing they love what they do and they are all fabulous! They feel like family, I recommend them to everyone. If you are fearful of dentist appointments, this team of professionals will change that, give them a try! Perfect for kids too!

Terrific staff, experienced assistants, hygienist, and doctor. Front desk is knowledgeable and courteous. I particularly liked that tv's are mounted on the ceiling so you can distract yourself while getting cleanings done. Much better than staring at a light or boring ceiling tiles. Extra precautions taken in office and exam rooms for covid spread prevention. Would recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work.

I've used Redmond Art of Dentistry for several years, and for various procedures. Virginia, Devine, Dr Bickel and the hygienists have been friendly without fail! "Bedside manner" is superb, and each person explains everything in perfect detail. They are extremely attentive to any issues or questions I might have. I have even attended this office even without insurance because their treatment of me as a patient is TOTALLY AWESOME! My wife and I highly recommend this office to anyone at any age.

This is the absolute best dentists' office I have been to. They office staff is very warm and friendly, and I always feel welcomed when I come in. Dr. B is also super personable and does a great job remembering his patients are human and not just patients. 10/10 would recommend anyone, especially if they have a fear of the dentist like I used to!

Excellent, professional, friendly service. Quick and easy scheduling via phone, online portal, email, or text. They have a TV mounted on the ceiling for you to watch during your appointment, you pick the channel. Perfect distraction for kiddos. The front staff are happy, fun, upbeat, and genuinely interested in you as a person. The doctor and dental assistant are both highly personable and talented in their work. Love the office!
