An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. Dr. Jackson is amazing! She helped me get my smile back and I am forever grateful. I can't stop smiling! She is gentle, honest and talented! I enjoyed my appointment and her sense of humor. I had 2 teeth pulled by Dr Seim one a wisdom tooth and had zero pain after the initial pain meds wore off and very little swelling. I'm a naturally nervous person that's terrified by dentist visits and the staff made me feel calm and comfortable.

I had an 11am appointment and was not called till 11:40am. Time management needs to improve with consideration to the client. The facility expects clients to be on time and I ask for the same respect or at least have the front desk acknowledge the wait time.

Highly dissatisfied with this practice, they billed my insurance with absolutely NO consent or knowledge from me! The patient! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to see what else can be done on another level because this practice needs to be looked at.

The computerized phone gave me option for call back, whitch occered within 15 mins. Both ladies I spoke to on phone 2 schedule my ER procedure were courteous and efficient.Both Root canel dentist were awesome explaining and let me control suction. Front desk staff worked through my internet issues. Plus managed to find and put thru my Care Credit for payment plan!

Let's start with I HATE DENTISTS! The office was great! All very nice, patient had kind. Dr. Aulick helped make sure I was numbed and even gave extra! Eva, Nancy and the crew were great! Highly recommend

I just quit using this dentist after about 5 years. The service up until this point has been alright. They will try to upsell you but if you put your foot down they come back with reasonable options. This applies to cleanings as well as things like crowns. The reason I'm dumping them now is because yesterday I went in for a checkup and a cleaning and the office is now using a program called "MyChart", which my health provider also uses. Despite declining to link my medical and dental information, here I am sitting in the chair while 2 strangers clean my teeth and the room has no door, and my private medical and prescription information is displayed quite largely on their computer screen for anyone to see. When asked if I could opt-out, the previously nice receptionist tried to gaslight me into believing that the person cleaning my teeth needed that information for some reason. Total violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. As a last note, I will also mention that all the crowns I have had done there and also the bridge I have from there have had to be re-done several times. In fact, a crown they did is currently broken but I have already found a new dentist who does not use mychart and will just hope it stays pain-free until I see them. One crown my dentist did several times has a large gap between it and the next tooth, where food always gets stuck and it has never been done right, so I guess the quality of work is something to consider when going here as well. For the most part the staff is nice and friendly, but that just isn't enough.
