Before any procedure requiring anesthetic, it is important to alert staff members if you have a medical condition that may be of concern. These may include heart disease, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, diabetes, rheumatic fever, etc. Also please let us know if you are on any medication that may affect the procedure (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, blood thinners, etc.) or if you require medication before dental cleanings (i.e. antibiotics premedication.)
We take pride in delivering the finest dental care while keeping the costs to our patients as reasonable as possible, as such, our policy is that payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have previously been made.
Yes, you can use CareCredit to pay for all out-of-pocket costs from elective procedures such as teeth whitening to acute needs such as a root canal or emergency dental care. CareCredit can also be used for insurance deductibles and insurance co-payments.

Best dentist ever! I'm terribly fearful of the dentist. I'm literally already crying when I walk through the door. Dr. Redford is patient with me and is able to calm me down. By the time I'm leaving I'm all smiles. Highly recommend.

The ladies at Redford Smiles were great! I went in very upset and anxious over the condition of my teeth. They were very kind, explained everything clearly and offered to help with a treatment plan & get started right away. I left their office feeling relieved & happy. As usual, I had some trepidations in going this time to the dentist because I struggle every time with the X-rays. However this time the young man who cared for me did a great job. . Dr. Redford was very thorough but gentle while examining my teeth. The dental Hygienist was also careful but thorough in cleaning my teeth. Overall, the exam was easy and successful.

Raj was wonderful, I'm a new patient and she made me feel comfortable with my decision to choose Redford smiles. Everyone there works joyfully together. The positivity is absolutely bounding in a very busy office. It was the best dental experience I've ever had in my 72 yrs.

Provider doesn't even warrant one star. But I had to give something. Only say the dentist 3 times (routine 6 month cleanings). Things with south at the 2nd appt. Staff cancelled and changed appts without communicating to me prior to visit. Kept me waiting. When I found out at the visit, I was livid. Filed grievance with my dental insurance. So 3rd visit rolls around and things went even further south. Im in the process of changing from HMO to PPO. Dentist is extremely "lazy". Does bare minimum work. Someone from the office called me in between the appts regarding my youngest child having cavities. After 2 days of run around and a callback from office manager, found out that was just a line they use to try and refer out. Turns out provider just didn't want to deal with my autistic 4 y/o. Last straw was the survey they kept sending me. When I was reviewing options for providers, facility has all positive reviews. Now I know why. Facility filters reviews and asks for not positive reviews to contact his office directly. Overall, very shady and unethical.

Hands down the best dental office I've ever been to. The staff was amazing, they did above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were quick, efficient and just all around friendly happy people I went in stressed out and nervous and left feeling like a new person. The doctor was pretty awesome to he was friendly, positive and did an amazing job with my teeth. I highly recommend them and will continue to go to their office from now on!

Redford is one of a kind very hard to find an individual that takes all the time to explain the problem and knows how to fix it and repair it and at the end when you leave it's like he's your best friend very special guy
