The dentists at Redford Dental Care have the technical and artistic training to give patients beautiful, functional smiles. Dr. Redford also develops personal relationships with each patient, and has earned an excellent local reputation.
Maignon is our Operations Director. She has been involved in the dental field for over 22 years. She started her career in dentistry owning and managing a successful dental practice with her husband now, a dental anesthesiologist. Her focus at Redford Dental Care is patient care and satisfaction in addition to everyday operations of the Business. When Maignon is not working she loves to spend time with her family. Her five children keep her busy with sports, cheer, theater and other school activities.
Sarah our RDA for 11 years . She also crossover working in the front office assisting patients with scheduling and treatment planning. Sarah started her career early with Redford Dental Care as she was a patient herself growing up! This gives her a unique and compassionate relationship with our patients. She enjoys her time off with friends and family, being outdoors and going to the beach.
Our hygienist Jan has been with Redford Dental for over 11 years. She enjoys the long term relationship she has established with her patients and believes in preventative dental care with a gentle touch. Jan received her AS in dental hygiene from Sacramento City College in 2003 and CSUS in 1995 with a Bachelor of Music degree. Prior to her career in dental hygiene she worked as a piano instructor, accompanist and choir director. She and her husband Moongi stay busy with their two sons Matt and Jinu and two dogs. Beyond family time she loves to play piano, participate in church activities and perform concerts in the Sacramento area.
Lani is a Registered Dental Hygienist for Dr. Redford. She enjoys working alongside him and the other staff. Lanihas worked in the dental field in various capacities for 16 years. She is so grateful for the wonderful patients she has come to know and love here at Redford Dental. Lani enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys swimming, being in nature, yoga, traveling and cooking. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to work in an office with such a great team and wonderful patients.
I am Harley aka: Pug. I am ESA Dog. My job is to sit on patients laps and comfort them while the Dr and assistants perform dental procedures as well as cleanings . I have been doing this for a year and a half. My patients so far love me as much as I love them. In my free time I love to play in the grass, play fetch and do lots of tricks.

Dr. Redford and staff are wonderful. The staff is on time, polite and always friendly. I've had an emergency before and they were able to get me in quickly. They will work early and stay late to help their patients. I always recommend this dental office. Monica

Redford Dental and all of the professional Associates were amazingly helpful. The office personnel assisted me with my insurance details making me comfortable because I had misplaced my card. No problem! I could tell right from the start that Lani, my dental hygienist, was a true professional, thorough and gentle. She introduced me to everyone and the doctor. I am so very thankful for finding Redford Dental.

I can't say thank you enough! I had been dealing with a painful oral situation for about a week and called Monday morning, and they were able to get me in the same day! The doctor was able to diagnose my issue and prescribe medication that helped almost immediately. The office staff and doctor are all very friendly and made me feel at ease. The cute dogs were an added bonus for helping me relax! I will definitely be back for my regular dental care. Thank you guys!

Very clean and organized work environment. Much more sophisticated than previous dentists I have seen in the past. Additionally, they worked in conjunction with one another great. Ensured you could see all x-rays and pictures of teeth and what they plan to accomplish. Before and after summary along with explanation of insurance coverage was excellent as well.

I went in for an initial new patient intake, I was greeted and treated with respect. From the front desk, to the assistants, and all the way to the Doctor. There is a great family feel to the environment. Dr. Davey was a straight shooter with me, and that's what patients like me need. Kudos for building the good rapport. I was referred from by my dental office for a root canal treatment. The front desk staff was nice. The doctor that perform the treatment could use better bedside manner. The dentist assistant was unprofessional. From the corner of my eyes I could see the dental assistant playing with the saliva suction tool. I was amaze the doctor didn't say anything. 1 weeks fast forward I started to experience pain so my primary dentist referred me back to the specialist. At this point I'm no longer in pain. Once I told the endo specialist I'm no longer in pain, he dismissed me. After, going back and fourth to my primary doctor and different endo specialist, the last endo specialist found it was a failure root canal with two infection. I'm been suffering for over a year now and I'm still battling with it. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT COME HERE. I WISH I HAD WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I just had my first appointment at Redford Dental Care. My experience was positive. The receptionist, Sara, was friendly and professional., Christine, the hygienist, was friendly, thorough, and answered my questions fully. Dr. Davey was also pleasant, very thorough in his exam and explanation of what treatment was needed. I was very satisfied with my first experience.

For as long as I can remember, we had dental insurance and received cleanings every six months. Recently, we changed our dental insurance and picked Redford Dental as our dentist. When my wife went for her first cleaning, they took some X-rays, the dentist examined her teeth, and then came back with a long list of items that she needed--3 crowns, zirconia veneers, and six resin composites. Then, they sent us for the cleaning. The hygienist looked at my wife's mouth and told her she needed a deep cleaning because she has gingivitis. My wife told her she gets a cleaning every six months, flosses every night, uses a Waterpik, and brushes her teeth, so how could she get gingivitis? The hygienist simply replied that the doctor said her gums have a disease, which is one step behind gingivitis. We decided to take the list to another dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist looked at the list carefully and was very surprised. He said my wife just needed one crown and that her gums were really perfect with no sign of any disease. After the second opinion, we made an appointment with Redford Dental, again, for the crown the other dentist we received a second opinion from said we needed. A few days before the appointment, someone from their office by the name of Adela called and said that my wife had to do several other procedures, in addition to the crown we had scheduled the appointment for. She said my wife had to do all the procedures they recommended (all the crowns, zirconia veneers, and six resin composites) or do nothing. She then said she was going to cancel my wife's appointment, which was on Monday, and firmly told my wife to not come to the office on Monday. We told her to keep the appointment and asked to speak to her manager. After a few days, someone emailed from their office and said the same things that Adela said. In addition, she told us that we were not fit for their office, that their office used high tech equipment, and repeated, as Adela had initially said, to not come to the appointment we had scheduled. Next, someone higher up contacted us. After hearing our side of the story, she repeated the same thing that Adela and the other person said, that they have high tech equipment, and she showed no empathy at all. She also told us that since we went for a second opinion, that this meant we didn't trust their opinion, and to not come back to their office. We explained that some people may not have the money upfront to get all these procedures done at once. Instead of being empathetic, she responded that she recommended we go to different offices in Sacramento who accept Medi-Cal, and told us we were not fit for their office. She told us they didn't accept our insurance, which was ridiculous, since we had been seen there before to get X-rays and an exam. Furthermore, we are not on Medi-Cal! We pay for our own insurance through Delta Dental. The employees at Redford Dental are absolute monsters. We talked to three different people and each one was worse and more rude than the previous one. Instead of being empathetic and admitting that they were dishonest and tried to charge us for unnecessary procedures, they tried to make us feel like low class citizens, belittling us and saying we were on Medi-Cal and that their office was too good for us with their high tech equipment. Even if we were on Medi-Cal, which we are not, that is no way to treat anyone! I absolutely do not trust Redford Dental and strongly suggest everyone not to go to an establishment who makes profit out of dishonesty and lacks such professionalism and basic human decency. They should be ashamed of themselves. We will be sure to tell all our friends and family to stay FAR AWAY from their office.
