Worst dental care service ! I went in for Regular cleaning and they did Deep cleaning without telling me that it would charge more and gave me a bill for $950. I called in the office to give feedback and they are simply justifying that cleaning has been informed before procedure. i would definitely not recommend here.

I had an emergency and was taken first thing the next morning. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Barnabas is very professional and likeable. She referred me to an oral surgeon, who got me in the same day. The teamwork between the two dental offices was smooth. I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you very, very much!

I was visiting family here and my temp crown broke off. They were able to get me in within 15min of calling to fix it. Great staff up front and great dentist.

This place is amazing! I don't even know where to begin. I have a pretty bad phobia of the dentist and they have been so great with me! So, saying "this place is amazing" is something I thought I'd never say about a dental care team. The staff have advocated for me, when my insurance was being a pain, they made me feel comfortable and were flexible with my needs. They didn't make my fears seem insignificant, and they were understanding and kind through the whole thing. I understand why they get so busy, the whole staff makes you feel safe, welcomed and they also are professional and great at what they do! Highly recommend them!

Very unhappy with the office. I was not informed that if a deep cleaning had been completed that I was no longer eligible for a regular cleaning appointment. My insurance only covers regular cleanings so today's work was on me. Being retired I can't afford over $200 a visit. I will be looking for a new dentist that will work with me and my insurance

I highly recommend Redbird Dental. Their quality of service that they provide, the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Barnabas and her staff, and the general atmosphere of their establishment are wonderful. I will say that the cost of their services can be a bit pricey and they are scheduled out pretty far usually, but in my opinion that is due to the aforementioned items and is well-worth it. In all procedures I have had so far I have felt minimal pain, both during and in recovery. More recently, Dr. Barnabas worked her magic to manage an unplanned situation before an extraction in which my anxiety about said extraction was causing my blood pressure to be too high for the procedure to be done. She and her lovely assistant were incredibly patient and worked together to find the best solution to the problem in no time, all while respecting my wishes. The hygienists that do the cleanings are fantastic and super kind as well, as are the ladies who work at the front desk. Having dental work done is never something anyone really looks forward to, but the staff at Redbird truly do a great job of making it all a bit easier. I would recommend them to anyone, but especially if you are one who tends to be fearful of having dental work done.

The best dentist in town I was so scared and the dentist and her assistant are the VERY VERY BEST!!! Made me feel safe and relaxed. I love redbird! Amazing people!

I had to find a new dentist as mine had retired. I had several suggestions from Friends but three people all said Redbird Dental so I called and set up an appointment and I totally like the atmosphere and the care I have received there.

The Google reviews were what led me to Redbird Dental and I truly hope that this review helps someone else avoid the same mistake. After seeing my previous dentist for over 25 years in Morton, IL I finally looked through our dental plan to locate one closer to my work in Bloomington. I have always maintained great dental hygiene but have struggled with gum recession. During my first appointment they refused care. Since then they have consistently failed to return calls or provide any feedback as to why they are unable to provide service over approximately 8 months. Despite not receiving treatment, the office still processed just shy of a $100 billing at the time of my initial appointment. This office provides poor customer service and a blatant disregard for patient care. Many of my reviews outline incredible companies and services provided, this one genuinely just seeks to protect others from malpractice.

I thought they care and they don't so only for the MONEY they care for and nothing else and I have a second root canal of this lady work need to be taking out oh and she drop me when she promised her work would not fail and it fail so if you want a root canal go somewhere else oh and I with I could have gave you all a zero oh today is 09/26/22 The second root canal and Redbird I have to get taking out

Got me right in, new patient so did a very thorough exam and explained recommended treatments and costs before we scheduled my next appointment. Great job. Next appointment went very well, plenty of contact before on status. Definately recommend.

I have never had a deep clean before, and wasn't sure I actually needed it. This was my first appointment so I agreed to it. Not cheap and this was not billable to my Insurance. Also seemed odd that with a deep clean I never saw the dentist and the hygienist did the procedure. The office is beautiful and the staff seems very friendly.

Love this dentist office. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Love, love Dr. Barnabas. Very thorough, good sense of humor and always enjoy my dentist visits, yes even for the bad stuff like tooth extraction. I have not had any bad memories or experiences. I have had many problems with dentist I have used in the past. Very grateful for Redbird Dental. I recommend it to anyone looking for quality dental care and people who care about their customers. This dentist office goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service!
