Dr Ezell is AMAZING I Had 5 teeth extracted. I thought he was still numbing my gums he had them pulled no time he has such a great personality I enjoyed our conversation and his assistant was just as nice. Very affordable

I was scheduled for a root canal and the appointment got cancelled because the doctor wasn't in... two weeks later and I get called because she's not in again and I was suppose to have been notified the week prior? What the heck, man?

Dr. Helen is great, however, her billing and some office staff are not. You can not advertise that you take a certain insurance and then deny the patient and try to make them pay the no insurance price! I have been with Dr. Helen for years. But this is the last time. I have put up with some office staff that has been not so very good (I am being polite about this). I will be taking my family to another dentist.

I have read all of the reviews here and while I can't say whether they are true or not, the 3 or 4 negative reviews don't hold water compared to so many 5 star reviews. I really think those bad reviews come from people that have negative attitudes and live their entire lives that way. I have been seeing Dr. Helen and her staff for more than three years. I am 74 years old and I have never in my life been to a dentist that has treated me so well and whose quality of work is beyond question. The entire staff makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Can't say enough good about them. Wish I could leave them six stars.

This office is fabulous! Very professional, and courteous towards its patients, I was very anxious and nervous coming in and they made me feel very welcoming and were very caring and took their time with me. The assistants took time to explain my treatment and answered any questions I had and they take their time with each individual patient.

This place is amazing! They really helped me out a lot, I live in Florida, and was told an astronomical price for some fillings, but when I came up to Biloxi for a business meeting and decided to check out some other dentist to see about my treatment, Dr Helen and staff took great care of me! They're extremely professional and have a great atmosphere. I would recommended this business to anyone! Five stars just isn't enough.

Had a filling and pulpotomy done, filling came out. They filled again and for the 2nd time the filling had came out again! I've had to switch dentist and have all the work they did redone and done right
