As someone with a bit of anxiety in going to the dentist, this office and Dr. Mecham go above and beyond to help the patient feel at ease. It was my first time there and they were thoughtful, efficient, and explained the procedures before they did them. What else can I say other than I would recommend to friends, family, loved ones, and strangers.

Phenomenal experience. They squeezed me in...obviously stayed well past their normal hours. Dr. Mecham explained everything as he did it and I felt nothing after the anesthetic. I had 12 days of pain and was instantly pain free. I didn't know what an endodontist was until this visit. The entire experience was top notch. I would highly recommend Dr. Mecham and his clinic for anyone needing a root canal. It was a piece of cake.

RAVE: I have terrible anxiety over going to the dentist!!!!!!!! I know I ain't the only one! Yesterday I had to get a retreat on a root canal that wasn't done properly in the first place. (Original root canal was done in NY) I knew I was getting an infection and felt pain, so I went to Dr. Manke. He referred me to an Endodontist and highly recommended Dr. Mecham. Although his office doesn't take our insurance I still decided to go to him vs going to Fargo and was more than willing to pay out of pocket. Can I just say how amazing he is?? Everyone there was so kind to me, and answered all of my nervous questions. Dr. Mecham was communicating with me during the procedure and if I may feel any pressure or not. I didn't feel a thing! It was the first time in my life where the experience was entirely painless! Even today I am feeling no pain so a big thank you to everyone at Red River Endodontics for their amazing hospitality, getting me seen in a timely matter and for fixing a problem tooth for me! 10/10 would recommend and I would pay out of pocket any day if I had to see Dr. Mecham for any reason again!

Worst clinic ever ,,they didn't even submit my insurance info and charged me ,,,never put a cap on my root canal ,,very rude staff

This place doesn't exist. I've left numerous voicemails and never received a call back. There's no way a place like this could still be in business when they don't return calls. Can you imagine having a procedure done and not being able to get a hold of these folks after a complication comes up?

There was a scheduling mishap but he worked us in and was very accommodating about the whole ordeal. He stayed late to get all his patients taken care of. Very nice place to go to. 5 stars from me and I totally hate going to the dentist. Excellent service.

My wife just recently root canal done. Dr.Mecham and his stuf did great job. I would recommend them to everyone.

I've been to see Dr. Mecham for a root canal twice: once for a front tooth that I broke as a child and once for a molar. Both times, he and his staff have been extremely friendly, professional, and have made me feel at ease. They took time to answer any questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. Dr. Mecham is always adamant that I don't feel any pain during the procedure, and if I ever thought I felt anything, he immediately stopped and added more anesthetic before continuing. Both times, the procedure was 100% pain-free. I highly recommend Dr. Mecham and Red River Endodontics.
