on top of doing an unnecessary root canal, the dentist put a cap on crooked..I will never go to this dentist again!

NO Stars if able to. Dr.runswe is very unprofessional and an out right liar. Do not work for this lady, she will Not pay you what she promises! She Leaves her office randomly throughout the day while patients in her chairs unaware she is even gone. She will have her assistant "keep them occupied ". She will close down office and Cancel appointments to fit her schedule . I would never recommend her!

All staff were kind. Even when I missed an appointment because of my mistake, they fit me in, and never made me feel bad. More importantly the dentist talked me through everything, knowing I was scared. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been going to Dr. Runsewe for many years now. She is an excellent dentist and a caring person. Dr. Runsewe and her staff go above and beyond to take care of their patients! She always fits me in if I have an emergency, and doesn't tell me I need something that I don't. They treat me like family, and I'm so glad that I found her. Anyone who needs a good, honest dentist, should go to Dr. Runsewe.

Went to this practice 3 years ago and they told me I had a cavity in my front tooth. They filled it and I haven't thought of it much since. Just went to a new dentist this prior week for a checkup, mentioned the tooth and they gave me a very confused look. I clarified that I had a cavity and that it was filled. They said I had no cavities in any tooth and that when people get cavities in the front teeth, they normally had many cavities before it gets to that point. In other words, I was lied to by the dentist at Red Oaks Dental. Stay away from them.

I've been going there since they opened. Always a pleasure, waiting is a minimum of maybe 10 minutes or less. Highly recommend.

The receptionist Angela I spoke with today was very professional and knowledgeable when I explained some concerns I had she was able to take care of the problem in a friendly and respectful manner. I would recommend Dr.Runsewe very gentle I was extremely comfortable thank u for the service, I will return !

I did not have good service with this dentist. on top of doing an unnecessary root canal, I had another tooth where the dentist put the cap on crooked..I wanted to do a peer review against her but the ninth district dental association practically would not support my case. Most dentists stick together and cover each other's butts-- it isn't right at all, I will never go to this dentist again!

I've seen my fair share of dentists in Dutchess County, and recently started with Dr. Runsewe at Red Oaks Dental for insurance purposes and am very happy. The staff is friendly and making an appt is quick and easy. Dr. Runsewe is patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend Red Oaks Dental
