Dr. Chu is a true native Texan! He grew up in the Houston area until he attended the University of Texas at Austin (90-93). He then graduated from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas (93-97) and obtained his MBA from Texas Tech University in Lubbock (09-11). He also attended a rigorous General Practice Residency program in New York City at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY (97-98).
His staff takes great pride in their care and understanding of the needs of their patients. They have been specially trained to assist patients in their pre-operative evaluations and insurance pre-determination. Dr. Chu's team is well versed in answering patient questions and complimenting the doctor's high level of care and concern.

Went in yesterday with a toothache, made a quick decision to pull it to end the pain i was in. Went through an extremely painful extraction that had me in tears and i still have the same toothache last night and couldn't sleep because of the pain.I told him the tooth he planned to pull wasn't hurting it was the tooth behind it but he insisted we pulled the tooth that wasn't in pain. Now i have a missing tooth and the same tooth pain. Ive never felt so gaslit and unheard by a medical professional before. I trusted him and will not be returning. Only purpose for my visit was to help the pain and he didn't do that. I need a dentist who listens.

Im writing this as Im sitting in the room with my daughter The dentist who is working on my daughter's teeth is impatient, and was screaming at my child. I didn't like the fact he kept using the same gloves so every time he leaves the room I throw the gloves he took off and put them in the trash and put new gloves on the counter to use! And what's the point of using gloves if you gone touch everything before you go in someone's mouth?! I HIGHLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!

If i could give negative reviews i would. 10/10 do not recommend. Very rude staff does nothing for you first visit not even a regular cleaning. Says they sent prescription and did not. His only goal is to get money out of you. Don't waste your time

I scheduled an appointment but had to wait over two hours before I actually saw either the dentist or the hygienist. Then they told me I needed to get 4 cavities filled. I didn't have even the start of any cavities the previous time I went to a dentist. I declined to get them filled and went to a different dentist a few months later. The other dentist didn't see any cavities. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Made my children an appointment for 4 o'clock. Pull up and get a call that they need to Reschedule them!! At the time of there appointment after I took them from school early and got off work early! Smh my 5 kids will get a new dentist that actually cares about his Patients And doesn't reschedule at the time of their appointments!!!!

Hes a good dentist. And the wait isnt ever long, however i wouldn't recommend you take your small kids as he doesnt seem to have patience for them. My 3 year old daughter will be going elsewhere but my 8 and 12 yr old will continue to go.

Negative 5 stars. Dr. Chu is so unprofessional. He hasn't gone through college to get a doctors degree, seems like he just bought the degree and the scrubs online. You go for a cleaning and an exam and the ruse you into paying for a "level 2" cleaning that requires numbing/anesthesia. And cleaning feels like scraping ice with low quality sand paper. Wish I got get my money back.
