Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Went for a cleaning took over an hour to get it all done. Scheduled the appointment for a dentist but was not the one that did the work on my teeth. Come to find out their are not in network but the only dentist to schedule an appt with on the website is but got another dentist instead. Also the girl that cleaned my teeth is not the one that was on bill to my insurance. No need to go up there and voice your concerns cause they just argue with you and say you are the person that is wrong. Cost 1135.00 for a cleaningia what insurance is billed that's robbery. I told them I would not be back because the dentist that did my exam doesn't have credentials yet. Avoid this office if all possible the staff is friendly but they are shady.

I waited out in the waiting room over an hour, they had me mixed up with someone else. Then they wrote down wrong information about me. Make sure you check behind them.

They told me I needed a "deep cleaning" that would cost $400 above what my insurance would pay. I went ahead and paid it but sorry I did because it definitely did not feel like a deep cleaning. When my husband went there they told him the same thing and he said no, he just wanted a regular cleaning. They told him that if he did not get the "deep" cleaning, he could not be a patient there. We have since found another dentist that just gives us a regular cleaning that is 100 percent covered by our insurance,

This is the most expensive dentist office I have ever been to. I paid 95 dollars for them to clean only half of my teeth. Plus whatever they will be charging my insurance company for which I have always been going to dentist visits for cleaning and never paid a dime as my insurance paid at 100%. The girls working there are very nice as sales people usually are. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. VERY EXPENSIVE..,

My daughter had a root canal here and was sent home with no mediation for pain. When we call we are told they can not assist because she had gotten pain meds for her original dentist. We were also told that the endodontist normally gives his contact information to post op patients although in her case they did not. African Americans are suppose to just endure the pain, I guess. If I could give no stars I would have. Do better, Dr. Correa!

I don't trust this office. I was going to this practice and my insurance was charged for a crown I didn't get. When it was time for a crown on that particular tooth my insurance wouldn't pay because they said I had already gotten one on that tooth. I didn't feel good about that his practice after that.

I had my wisdom teeth and 4 other teeth pulled. The dental surgeon explained everything clearly and was very professional. Dr. Benjamin Lago is awesome. I've always had issues with my teeth and been afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Lago put me at ease. After the procedure I've experienced little to no pain. I love this place and will be returning for all of my dental needs. Thank you guys so much!!!

I have to say the first 3 visits were great. The staff was professional and empathetic. The unfortunate part comes after you leave. Had 7 teeth pulled. Dr Lugo was amazing . But once I had a problem at home it was round and round and left me in pain with no help. Once you are out the door you don't deserve their attention. Edit.. I am a very impatient person and should have waited til I calmed down before writing. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Since writing this the dentist and oral surgeon have been in contact with me and we have worked out o solution.Thank you every one.

The employees where very friendly and helpful but the work I got done was the total opposite it has been a year and I am still having issues and pains. Went in for a superficial filling and ended up having to have a root canal done. Dr. Shutz made it seem like she did nothing and it was never fixed. would not recommend and would never set foot in this place again.

This place is an absolute joke!!! Would give a Zero but have to do at least a 1... Receptionists don't have a clue how to do their job, hygienists aren't any better... My fiance told them on the phone she couldn't get X-rays but nobody told her she couldn't get her teeth cleaned without them. So we drive an hour for her to sit and wait another hour, then get brought back in only to be told by a hygienist who knows absolutely nothing she can't get her teeth cleaned without X-rays... I guess the huge sign out front looking for new patients should've been a sign that this place is horrible!!! Stay away from Red Bank Smiles Dentistry in Lexington, SC!!!

I am new to the area, and I was apprehensive in finding a dentist. It had been 6 years since my last dental visit, so I was also concerned about whether the dentist would help me with things like long term plans, pain management and such. I no longer have any worries. I absolutely love Dr. Schutz and her team! I would recommend Red Bank Smiles Dentistry to anyone with the confidence that they would feel just the same as I do.

I have spent A LOT of time in a dental chair in my life. Today was by far the best experience ever. The state of the art equipment made getting a crown so much easier and faster than I have ever experienced. All the staff have been amazing during my visits! Dr. Schutz is very gentle! Thanks for a job well done and exceeded any dental visit I have ever had!
