When he's not in the office you can find Dr. Payam running, biking and swimming to prepare for upcoming marathons or triathlons. In 2015Dr. Payam became part of the elite club of IRONMAN finishers! He completed the IRONMAN Maryland race in October of 2015.

Dr. Payam moved to Virginia in 2011 with his wife Leyla. His favorite song is Layla by Eric Clapton, in honor of her. Just in case youve never heard it before, heres a video of Eric performing Layla live. Be careful, you may start dancing around the room once you hit play!

Say hi to Skylar! She is one of our front desk receptionists and also works in billing and coordinates General Anesthesia for the office. Skylar enjoys working with children here at Red Apple and cannot wait to have some of her own one day! For now, she has 2 fur children, a cat named Rocky and a pit-bull named Atlas who keeps her very busy. Skylar is also 1 of 8 children in her family. She is currently studying Criminal justice with a focus in crime scene investigation at VCU. She has always wanted to work with children, this is one of the reasons she was drawn to Red Apple. If Skylar is not at work, you can find her at the dog park, at Target (who could blame her), or at a live music or sporting event! She is always up to try new experiences, yet does not like trying new foods. Skylar has worked in the customer service field since she was 15 years old, so please do not hesitate to come to her with any concerns or questions you may have regarding Red Apple, pediatric dentistry, insurance, or anything else that may come to mind!

We would like to introduce you to Ashley! She is one of our restorative assistants here at Red Apple. Ashley is getting married in Spring of 2020 to the love of her life. Ashley adores her family and cannot wait to start a one of her own! She has completed the DATS program and also has over 100 volunteer hours! Ashley absolutely loves Disney, her favorite character is Stitch! One of Ashleys passions includes dance and she actually teaches several classes to children! Ashley is kind and gentle to each child that sits in her chair, every patient will be sure to get the highest dental care and attention each visit!

Meet one of our dental assistants, Marguerite! Marguerite has been married for 33 years to her husband Fred and loves children! She even has 3 of her own. She is a veteran of the U.S. Military Policy Office Corps and an avid volunteer for 8 1/2 years at the Fredericksburg Mary Shelter for homelessmothers and children. Marguerite has a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology and she also recently graduated from the Germanna Community College accredited dental assisting program and loves her job at Red Apple! In her free time, you can catch her either in the barn with her horses or having a fun game night with her family! Marguerite is wonderful with the little kiddos here at Red Apple and you can always count on her to make their visit much more comfortable!

Hello, my name is Alicia. I am 23y/o and I am currently going to school to become a middle/high school math teacher. Some of my hobbies include: playing league of legends, sims 4, and cities skylines on my computer. I have 3 children: Belle (6) Chocolate Lab, Ellie May (4) Chihuahua, and Appolions Wrath Wrath (2) American ShortHair Cat and they are my world!

Hi! I am Laci! I am an aspiring dental hygienist currently in school and working full time. I love Ty, my golden retriever dog and in any of my free time- him and I explore. I love to shop, have spa days and play animal crossing on my switch! I love kids, and I have a degree and certificate in education. I have been in the dental field for a year, and am loving every second of it. I have two sisters that are my inspirations and drive for everything I do in life. Pizza is my favorite food.

There is a little boy who loves winter. He lives in a far away village that doesnt get so much snow. Every year when the autumn is ending he dreams about the snow. And every year when that first snow finally arrives he would run outside and play with that beautiful magical snow. Then he would come inside and warm himself up by the fire and drink a cup of hot cocoa.

Once there was a friendly giant. He had long long hair and he lived in a village. He was quite during the day but at night he snored very loudly. So people of the village couldnt get any sleep at night. One night they decided to solve this problem. Everybody gathered and started thinking. They came up with a lof of ideas but the best idea was to tie the giants hair to the moon. This way when the moon would go away it would pull the giant away too and people could finally sleep at night. So they tied the giants hair to the moon and the moon pulled the giant away. Everyone was happy and they celebrated the success of their good idea. But at night the moon came back to shine on the village. And it pulled the snoring giant back to the village!

There is a whimsical little village up in the Milky Way in the sky. Ms. Nooni is living in that village and is the village school teacher. Ms. Nooni teaches painting to Noona and his friends. Sometimes, after her class, she sits down on the moon and watches the earth from the sky. She wonders if the kids on the earth paint and draw like Noona and his friends!

There is a whimsical little village up in the Milky Way in the sky. Little Noona is living in that village and goes to school there. Some nights, when the sky is very clear, we can see the lights of those houses from the earth. Little Noona can see the lights of the houses on the earth too. He thinks about the kids on the earth and sometimes he turns the light of his house on and off many times. This way he sends funny messages to the kids on the earth!

The moon has fallen from the sky, and is discovered by a sheep named Mr. Sheepsy. Now he has to find a way to carry the moon back to where it belongs. Mr. Sheepsy and his friends work together to deliver the moon up to the sky, as it grows bigger.
