We are blessed to have an orthodontist that is both kind and gentle - not only did he do my 3 kids - I also had him straighten my teeth! Look no further Dr Red is the BEST!

Dr. Red and Dr. Ritchey always make going to the orthodontist such a pleasant experience! The staff are so friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. Glad I chose Red and Ritchey for my orthodontic needs!

I am so happy we chose to go with Red and Ritchey Orthodontists. Every experience we have had since the initiation of our son's braces has been great. The staff at every location has been extremely accommodating to our hectic schedules and everyone has been very pleasant with each and every encounter. Dr.'s Red and Ritchey have gone above and beyond for our son and we appreciate the amazing work they and their staff do. I highly recommend this office. Thank you for all you do!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I visited Red and Ritchey to get a consultation for braces and everyone I spoke with were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The bonus was that the office celebrated a late Mother's Day by having horderves and wine/mimosas! Ur was really a nice touch! Lastly they gave a discount on treatment plans, too. Overall, it was a really nice experience and would recommend Red and Ritchey!

Dr. Red was friendly and so thorough while explaining the process and answering all my questions during my daughters consultation. He offered to put on the braces the same day, my daughter was so happy to finally start her orthodontic journey!

Dr. Red and his staff are always professional and kind. They take their time and walk you through every step of the process while all along making sure that you feel comfortable. This is one of the best experiences that I have ever had at any dental or physicians office.

I'm an older gal that never wore braces Dr. Red and his amazing team put me in their aligners! I had high anxiety many times and they always took me in right away and calmed me down. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. I wish I would've know about them with my 4 kids. Highly recommend their services.

We have only had a positive experience with Red and Richie. It is a rarity that we have to wait more than 10 minutes. All three of my kids are getting their orthodontic needs met there. If there is a problem with the braces we always get in quickly. It's location is close to the High School and Junior High so they are not missing so much school. I highly recommend them.

Dr Red is amazing! He is very kind, patient and listens to you. I found out I was allergic to nickel and had to take off my braces and they were great about this. And gave me time to heal and put them back on within weeks. Thank you for having patience and taking care of my entire family ortho needs for all these years, and now myself!!

I am thrilled to have found Dr. Red to care for my daughter's ortho needs. I feel very at ease with my daughter under his care. He is amazing in his profession and his personality is refreshing and genuine.....His staff is equally as impressive- so much that my daughter actually wants to keep on her braces just so that she can continue to have this truly wonderful experience with this group!!

The staff there are so nice and welcoming! They are the only orthodontist that I will ever go to. The whole staff there are so funny and make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend going there if you ever need an orthodontist. I get soooo many complements on my teeth and I'm so thankful for their services!

I've been very pleased with both the Joliet and New Lenox locations. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The office is always clean. Dr. Red is great. I did quite a bit of research before choosing an orthodontist and it looks like I made the right choice.

Whenever going through the process of correcting your teeth through various measures, it can be stressful. With that in mind, I found my personal experience with Red and Richey Orthodontists brought much comfort and confidence in the staff and procedures. Always a sense of focus on your individualized care and concerns, with friendly conversation and guidance. That's so important when pursuing the care of your teeth. Very happy outcome as well!

My 9 year old was very nervous for his first appointment and he couldn't have been out more at ease. Not only did we wait for less than 2 minutes in the waiting room but the assistant got straight to work and eased all of my sons concerns. The dr was absolutely amazing. I know they read your chart before seeing you but this man knew every detail of what i wrote in there down to asking about my place of work because it sparked his interest. Seriously couldn't have felt more comfortable here. They laid out a very reasonable payment option plan and got all of our next appointments scheduled right away. If your considering coming here please do because it is just great all around, including seriously clean and modern!!

Amazing to work with. My son loves Dr. Red because "he makes my teeth straight and wears a bow tie. How can you not be happy seeing his fun bow ties"
