Dr. Jeffrey Rector is a Montana native. After growing up in Billings, he attended MSU Bozeman and the University of Montana. He was then accepted to the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he completed basic braces and Invisalign training.
Dr. Rector is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, Montana Dental Association as well as the Montana State Orthodontics Society. His hobbies include spending time with his wife, Charissa, and two kids, and enjoying the Montana outdoors.

We are an orthodontic office in California and Yellowstone Ortho took care of one of our patients while he was on vacation (at no charge). I want thank the entire team for helping out one of our patients with their braces issues. Thank you for being truly wonderful and caring people. You guys are awesome!!!!

AMAZING customer service!!! We were traveling from out of state and my son had a very painful, loose wire on his braces on day #1 of our vacation. I called and spoke with Kim, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and was able to fit my son into the schedule for a same-day emergency visit. We arrived at the GORGEOUS, incredibly clean office and were greeted by Summer, who was very helpful and friendly and fixed his offending wire within minutes. My son was immediately pain-free and we were able to get back on track with our vacation plans thanks to this incredible team! Oh, and they did not charge me anything and gave my son a pack of wax. Incredible! If you live in the area, please consider giving them your business. The fact that they took such great care of my son, (who wasn't even their patient), speaks volumes about their commitment to outstanding patient care! Thank you again!!!

Rector refused to release my own daughters records to me, so that I could see what I owed. I was only attempting to make arrangements to pay my half of the bill as my daughters mother is responsible for the other half. They were VERY unhelpful!

The Orthodontist & staff at Rectors dentistry is the best! They are patient and are always smiling. (Well before masks you could easily see that.) My daughter loves them. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of these services!

This office is great!! We're traveling through town on summer break and my daughter's wire came off it's bracket. Called up Dr. Rector's office and they helped us super quick. Popped that baby back in place and we were on our way! Thank you so much! Locals this office goes above and beyond!

Wow, what a nice surprise...we are visiting Bozeman and my daughter has a problem with her braces. The folks here welcomed us in (very short notice), fixed the problem quickly, and wouldn't even charge us. Thanks so much! Really lovely team here.

Every appointment and consultation was conducted quickly, professionally and was a great experience. My daughter's smile is beautiful and she enjoyed the entire process. Wonderful people ...and the convenience of having some of her appointments in Livingston, where we live, made it extra convenient for our family.

I needed extra retainers made and my original orthodontist is located in another town. I had a mold of my teeth to cast them from, but several other orthodontists in Bozeman refused to make new retainers without a new patient exam, new molds, etc. and all the charges that come with it. Dr. Rector agreed to cast new retainers and charged a modest fee. The retainers came out great, were done in just a few hours and the office staff was great!

My daughter needed braces at a fairly young age. The staff at Rector was always so kind to her, and she felt excited to go to each of her appointments. They also communicated concerns they had throughout the 19 months of care very thoroughly to each of us.
