AWESOME STAFF! My daughter had a slight dental emergency. She was seen promptly and the staff was plesant to work with. No complaints...ever! Proud to be a REAL mom with a REEL DENTIST that takes REAL good care of all their REEL patients!

From my original review, "To be fair I rated my over-all experience, my complaint isn't with the dentistry, the consult, x-ray, the dentist side of the business my expectations were met, and I wish I could feel comfortable to go back, my complaint was having a CareCredit Card at 26.99% opened without my knowledge, I signed nothing, "which after being invited back by Nicole I did in fact sign the CareCredit application, and was in error because I didn't read the fine print, honest mistake. I want to thank Nicole for excellent customer service and add to my original post four days ago that all my needs were met and rate Real Smile Dental with five stars.

This dental office has an overall great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. I absolutely love coming here because I was always so comfortable during my visits and procedures. I got my entire mouth done and I could not be happier with how smoothly the experience was and how amazing the results look. I would recommend the amazing doctors and this practice to anyone! Love coming here!

My dad has METLIFE. They said they accepted METLIFE, but they neglected to tell me they were out if network. Made an appointment for a simple cleaning and yearly checkup. Once there, they STILL did not inform me they were out of network and we may need to pay out of pocket costs. In the end I had to pay $75 dollars deductible when they screwed me. I'll never go back there again.

Usually, I give people second chance, so I visited this place twice. I visited different dentists in different countries - good, not so good, bad ones, but Dr. Leonid Rubinov is the worst one in my opinion. He "fixed" 5 or 6 teeth in my mouth - one of them was not adjusted well, because doctor, probably, was too greedy to use one more articulating paper - he folded it like 5 or 6 times. I lost another filling in a two months which were more painful than I could expect after treatment (I was awared that it may be sensetive but IMHO it wasn't normal) - after tooth was treated by another doctor there was no pain anymore. During the second visit Dr. Leonid Rubinov poked my lip with metal tool three times. At the same moment he seemed very busy advertising me different services of his clinic.

Found online this oral surgeon .i had troubles lookin for while .havent been at dentist 3years .and its hard find who is in network with your insurance .but stil i went inside for first time lovly lady at reception lovely girl who was assistant with oral surgeon .i was at first nervouse but obce i sat down docter and assistant help me understood whats goin on with my teeth and .i had broken tooth 3weeks ago .and then 3days had tooth ache so i was scared if i dont find any oral surgeon for emergency god bles them im happy they took me and did great job extract my broken whole tooth they are amazing and its very nice place .talking to all 3of them are pleasant lovely people i ever seen

I've been looking for a dental office for quite some time and have finally found the perfect one. From the staff to the office, everything during my first visit was extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend!!

Office is very clean and the staff is very professional. They have treated me and my family with respect and helped choose the best options regardless of the cost. The implants were done very well and healed without an issue. My daughter had a root canal done with a crown which looks like its her own.

Real Smile Dental is absolutely fantastic. I have been coming here for years with my children and the service is by far the greatest we have ever received from any other dental facility. The doctor is patient, caring, and intelligible. I never had any problems with my insurance or any maltreatment. The staff is also very kind, caring and hard-working. Nicole is wonderful and truly makes you feel comfortable because we all know going to the dentist can be nerve wracking! She is great with the kids as are the rest of the staff. In addition, the place is clean and it is evident the staff puts a lot of work into maintaining the office.

I would highly recommend Real Smile Dental.. since my first day they have been the best working on my beautiful teeth :) and to top it off the are amazing on working around my crazy schedule. So don't hesitate on stopping by you will not be disappointed.

It is rare to find a superior orthodontist like Dr. Alex Rubinov. His mastery of dental implant surgery really benefited me when I needed 3 dental implants including extensive bone grafting. But what is the most amazing thing about this practice is the always upbeat, positive and patient-focused atmosphere that Dr. Rubinov and his staff are creating. This is certainly the best dental practice I have ever been to and it earns my highest recommendations for anyone looking for a superior dentist east and west of the Hudson river.

This place is the best! For the first time, I can actually say I enjoy going to the dentist! The staff is amazing and genuine, Dr. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions I may. I cannot emphasize enough, the professionalism and care for patients across the board, that this dentist office exhibits! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I came to Dr. Rubinov two years ago for the first time and I never looked back. He is very knowledgeable about dentistry and I could recommend him to anyone and everyone. I completely trust him with all of my dental needs and he is has never disappointed me with any of his recommendations or suggestions. Like I tell others, "Dr. Rubinov is THE man"

Do not cheated by the fake 5 star reviews! This place looks very nice and people act very nice at the beginning. Father and son had a fight during consultation and the son said "Jesus..." and left, which is extremely not respectful. During the phone, they promised the consultation will be free since I think $200 for the consultation is very in reasonable. But the reality is after the consultation. The front desk girl asks me to pay. I said you said the consultation would be free. She said, no I said It's $200. I would literally call the police if she keep asking me pay... But then she said, okay okay, it's okay. Anyway... I was really mad on that day. I went to a lot of consultation to find the best ortho. I was here because of the 5* rating. I am not here to hear the fight or to be charged unreasonably.

Went to Dr RUBINOV with my wife several times. Very nice staff professional courteous accommodating. Office is very clean and professional. Both Doctors Alex and Leonid are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
