Dr Khazian started his career at San Diego State University obtaining his bachelor of science in biology. He then moved on to Cleveland, Ohio where he graduated from the prestigious Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2002.
Following graduation from dental school, Dr Khazian returned to settle in North County San Diego where he started his practice. Since then, he has thrived to elevate his clinical skills by completing thousands of hours of continuing education in multidisplinary areas of dentistry with emphasis in implants and orthodontics. He very much enjoys his patients and caring for their needs. He is always looking forward for new ways to make your dental experience as pleasant as possible.
Dr Khazian is a member of Academy of General Dentistry and he is a fellow member of ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists). He currently practices full time in his own private practice in Oceanside, California.
Dr. Khazian is the youngest of family of seven brothers and sisters. He is happily married to his wife, Mahnaz who is also the dental hygienist at their practice. The family also includes a son and a daughter. Aside from his profession, Dr. Khazian enjoys spending time with his family, fitness activities, reading and best of all enjoying life in Carlsbad.

My family and I are going to Dr. Khazian since many years and are extremely happy with his work. What I like particularly about him is his honesty. He doesn't talk to me into putting an expensive crown if it is not necessary. I also like that he explains everything patiently and makes sure I understand everything. I could even take a hold on him when I had a tooth emergency while I was in Africa and he helped me via FaceTime as much as he could. Obviously I had to go to a local dentist there to fix the issue, but having the opinion of a doctor I trust before visiting a local dentist (who I don't know) was so valuable to me and gave me such a peace of mind. Thank you Dr. khazian!

Was made to feel unwelcome today because i would not wear a mask upon request. This is August 2022. There is no mask law. Been going here a long time but not anymore. They have several masking signs up still. Ill just find another dentist if you dont want to see my smile.
