My biggest mistake was not exploring my options and going with Regain Orthodontics as a first choice. They're good as long as you have money but the moment I fell into financial hardship due to COVID-19 reasons. The bill kept going. It don't stop cause of the braces on my teeth with no maintenance. I communicated with the lady that's over their finance and she was very rude and left me no options other than one to fulfill my debt. Which was a credit card or cash to pay over 1k. Knowing I didn't have that kind of money being that I just start my new job. Just was trying to do the right thing. Fast forward til today. The SAME lady I had to speak with about transfer my records or get an AAO form. Which she denies me again. So other orthodontics won't work with me. I am tired and just want them off or fixed. I've just had it with this company I honestly don't think it's the company. If it is I just believe they need rules or policies for families that actually do need help cause this is life. There was no deferment or payment plan options which I find is crazy and my monthly payments were high. But I had still paid until then. She's the only one who is rude everyone else is nice and not bitter.. everytime I called she was rude idk. I just need my forms released. I'm well aware she may have another story to fabricate .

We absolutely loved it! my daughter is no longer nervous to get braces, she is excited! The office is beautiful, the staff is so nice, and the kids have so much to do!

Had my first follow-up appt. I was in and out before I knew it, so I could get back to work. Dr. Reagin and his staff took time to answer all of my questions. Love the team and atmosphere!

The staff are always very professional and friendly and Dr. Reagin did an excellent job. After our 3 boys had braces from Dr. Reagin, and later my husband and I both saw Dr Reagain to get clear aligners to straighten our teeth. We were all very happy with our results!

I don't typically leave reviews, but these guys are fantastic. If you are shopping around for an orthodontist- let me save you some time. You can stop looking. Dr. Reagin and his team are about as close to perfect as you can possibly imagine. Stop reading reviews and call them now. Also - If you are shy or have kids who are shy, ask for Allie. She has an amazing demeanor- friendly, warm and professional.

We went to Reagin orthodontics for the first time. They were all friendly and gave us a tour of the place before we were seen. They had a play area for the kids so my child was not bored before she was called back to be seen and offered us cookies. They were exactly on time calling us back. The first visit included xrays and was free. The doctor saw us and said we didn't need any treatment right now and can just come back in 6 months and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. So based on my first visit I would return.
