Dr. Leon Banchik grew up in Southern California and received his Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from Boston University. He completed advanced dental training at the University of Nevada School of Medicine Dental General Practice Residency Program, and has been taking care of the Las Vegas community since 2003.
Dr. Banchik is highly trained in cutting edge dental technology; he is greatly experienced in a variety of dental procedures, including dental implants, cosmetic and general dentistry, Invisalign, all on four or teeth in a day, and many others.
Dr. Leon is an excellent, kind, and honest doctor that always ensures complete comfort of his patients. He loves practicing dentistry and treats all patients like family with great care and compassion.
Dr. Olya Banchik has been providing gentle, outstanding care to her patients for over 15 years. Dr. Olya Banchik grew up in Southern California, and is a graduate of the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry. She completed advanced dental training at the University of Nevada, School of Medicine, Dental General Practice Residency program.
Dr. Banchik is the co-founder and executive director of Smiles for Survivors, a non-profit foundation that assists breast cancer patients suffering from dental complications following cancer treatments. She has been awarded recognition for her expertise and great care of patients, and has been named Best of the City, 40 Under 40, Health Care Headliners, Healthcare Heroes, and many others.
Dr. Olya Banchiks greatest concern is the health, well being, and care of all patients. She always makes sure the patients get the best care possible, and is gentle, caring, and loved by all patients.

DR. LEON BANCHIK really cares for his patients. I so highly recommend him that I had my daughter to start going to him after she aged out of a pediatric dentist.

Fabulous office and Staff!! Dr Leon is so kind, patient, attentive and skilled in minimizing any pain or discomfort. From the minute you walk in, your greeted with the friendliest staff members and you truly sense that this is a Family. I've had very challenging dental issues my whole life and have had many procedures all over the united states and even two other countries. This office is by far the most comforting of any practice I've been too. There knowledge combined with top notch technology gives a whole different experience in the dental world. You will LOVE this office and your smile will be that much brighter!

My family really enjoys Reafield dental! Nice new office, friendly staff and great with kids! Just took my youngest daughter there for a filing and the dentist did a wonderful Job explaining the procedure with her and taking his time. Would highly recommend to others.

Raefield Dental is the best dental care I could ask for myself and my family. The professionalism and and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding, the staff make you feel right at home when you walk in. I brought my kids for regular check up and Dr. Banchik uncovered multiple problems and created comprehensive treatment plan right in time. My patient experience here is exemplary! They know me by name and treat each patient with great care. I was preparing for knee replacdment surgery and went in for a normal cleaning. They found some issues with decay etc and they quickly got me back in to handle. I am so impressed with all members in this dental office!

Reafield Dentistry deserves 5 stars. The staff and dentists are so helpful and kind. I had an extremely rough week with regards to a tooth issue and they couldn't have been more helpful. Dr.'s Banchik (both of them) are wonderful. I would recommend Reafield Dentistry to everyone.

Dr. Banchik and Dr. Olya Banchik are wonderful, gentle providers that have always made me feel so at ease, even though my anxiety about dental procedures is high. I take my young children to this practice as well, and my daughter often asks when she can go visit Dr. Olya. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, friendly, and professional. My son needed to have a baby tooth pulled and was experiencing pain, so they quickly opened up the office on a weekend for him. I highly recommend Reafield Dental to anyone looking for an amazing dental practice!

New to the Charlotte area and this office was recommended by a close friend. The office staff was great and scheduling an appointment was easy. Office was clean, and felt very new and modern! The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very thorough and I honestly felt educated throughout the appointment. She told me what she was doing and explained all the dental "lingo" (no other dentist office had done that with me!). Then Dr. Korecki came in and he was wonderful! Made me feel super comfortable and again educated me on what was going on with my teeth. Will definitely be returning to this practice and would recommend it to anyone!

10 stars not 5 !! Truly blessed to have found Reafield Dental ! From all three dentist Drs. Leon and Olya Banchik and Dr. Salvatore Korecki to their staff they are absolutely amazing ! The team goes out of their way to accommodate our needs be it scheduling or explanation of treatment (multiple times to a nervous patient) Highly recommend Reafield Dental for the entire family
