Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

My family and their children and I have been going to Reading Dental for years . Dr Simons is fantastic. The hygienists are wonderful. Dr Simons and his staff are excellent with children as well. His office has state of the art equipment. If anyone is in need of dental services try Reading Dental. You won't be sorry.

My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Simons for many years. Not only is he an extremely nice guy, he's an incredible dentist. And he has done bridges, crowns, root canals and many other procedures on both of us. His staff members are all so wonderful too. We love Dr. Simons so much that, even though we moved to Florida almost two years ago, we still fly back home to Boston for all of our dental work.

Just had my teeth cleaned today and the hygienist in an excellent job very very gentle and was very professional I have to go back for so-so other dental work and Dr. Simons is an excellent dentist he is also very gentle and He is very good at giving you Novacaine you don't even know that he put the needle in before you know it it's all done excellent excellent Dentist highly recommend him and all the rest of the staff is very professional and very caring

Dr. Simons has treated my entire family for many years, and we couldn't be happier with the service we have received and continue to receive. My daughters, married with families of their own and living in Dracut and Nashua, New Hampshire, still come to Reading Dental for their dental care. Everyone, from Anne Dow, the office manager to Laura Weymouth, the best dental hygienist anywhere, makes you feel welcome and cared about whenever you visit. We can't say enough good things about Dr. Simons. He is professional, caring, and knowledgeable.
