Endodontists are known to be 'specialists in saving teeth'. This is because endodontic treatment helps people retain teeth that would otherwise be extracted. Nowadays, people are living longer and keeping their teeth longer. In the science of medicine and dentistry, it is known that nothing man-made can replace what God has given us. Our practice encourages people to enrich their quality of life by helping them retain all of their teeth for as long as possible in maximum health, function and esthetics.

Our dentists are committed to providing you with the highest quality endodontic treatment and diagnosis, using the most advanced technology. We create a relaxed, comfortable and caring environment in order to provide you with the best experience possible. We cater to our patients, and our goal is to pamper you.

A standard of excellence in personalized endodontic care enables us to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve. We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use endodontic microscopy to achieve your optimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible.

As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide dental health care vs. disease care. Thats why we focus on thorough exams checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, and taking x-rays when necessary. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves in providing the care you need to keep your smile healthy. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modernendodontic office can utilize to provide state-of-the-artendodontic care. Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.

Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. Our entire team is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

By magnifying the tooth as much as twenty times, this technology greatly enhances our ability to see down into the root canals and helps us identify any additional canals and/or cracks in the tooth. Scientific research shows that the surgical operating microscope can significantly increase the success of root canal treatments and surgical procedures performed.

All radiographs are taken with digital sensors, providing instant viewing on our monitors while significantly reducing radiation levels compared to film-based x-rays. This technology also allows for secure electronic transfer of medical information to our patients' dentists.

For most people, myself included, having gadgets and fingers in your mouth for 2 hours is not an experience one looks forward to. However, Doctor Eunice Kim and her assistant did an excellent job and were most pleasant and professional. And yes the root canal was entirely painless. If I ever needed one again (which I hope is never) I would return to RCT Endodontics.

Great experience! I recently had some trauma to my front tooth and saw Dr. Kim for a consult for a root canal. I did not need a root canal and Dr. Kim was very thorough in explaining why I didn't need a root canal, what was recommended for my tooth, and instructions on monitoring my tooth in case there was a change. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others!

At a glance of the X-ray, Dr. Eunice Kim said that my daughter needs a root canal treatment, later she told us to do a filling of the cavity. She did not explain clearly about how she made the decision, what is situation of my daughter's teeth, and what is the best option for her. Seeing Dr. Kim is a waste of time, she is not only very unprofessional but also rude, very difficult to communicate. I have never met such an unpleasant people in my life. However, the receptionist and assistant are very nice and friendly. The assistant is very knowledgeable and answered questions very clearly. The receptionist is very warm and respectful.

I highly recommend RCT Endo in North Potomac, MD. First, parking is very easy. The front desk receptionist, Ingrid, was very friendly and greeted me from the moment I walked through the front door. Dr. Eunice Kim and her dental assistant Delia were both very professional and considerate. Taking x-rays can be uncomfortable for me sometimes because of the bite block. They both took extra care to readjust this piece so that I could feel more comfortable while still obtaining high quality images. Dr. Kim also reviewed the x-ray images of my teeth with me and was able to thoroughly review past dental work I've had done with precision. She then correlated the radiographic images with her physical examination findings and was able to clearly communicate a very reasonable/understandable treatment plan. The examination chair and room appeared very clean as well, which is always a plus! Thank you!

Everything POSITIVE! From the initial phone call; to the time I entered the office; during my very first root canal; and to the time I left. The receptionist was helpful on the phone, with the related costs, and in dealing with my insurance. Dr. Kim explained the treatment plan thoroughly and answered all my questions. She performed with skill and confidence. Her assistant was kind and thoughtful. She even massaged my jaw towards the end of the procedure. Very THANKFUL for RCT Endodontics.

Dr. Orgel carefully explained my situation, the options, and the potential snags. During the procedure, he kept me informed about each step of the process and the likely time remaining. His post-procedure instructions were clear. His staff was very efficient, helpful and very nice when I need an appointment in a hurry. While no one ever wants a root canal, Dr. Orgel and his team made it a much better experience than I ever would have expected.

I will preface what I am about to say with this, I have a tremendous fear of the dentist and generally behave like a 2 year old. HOWEVER, I just had one of the most pleasant, PAIN FREE....ROOT CANEL imaginable! Imagine that! How could this be? Well....for starters, I had a doctor - Orgel (1st visit, had never seen him before), best bedside manner EVER! Pleasant, professional, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable with a wonderful dental assistant and a great staff! I will recommend EVERY one I know that's in need of ANY Endodontist work to this guy and this staff! Take it from a coward, best dental experience ever! RTC, Dr. Orgel AND Staff....YOU GUYS ROCK!!! THANK YOU ALL! Merry Christmas
