Daniel Kim D.D.S. has been practicing dentistry in the field of endodontics (root canals) since 2006 when he successfully completed his residency program at UCLA. Upon entering this specialized field, Dr. Kim worked with several offices bringing convenience and flexibility of having endodontics in the same facility as the general dentist. In 2008, Dr. Kim relocated to Northern California and became an integral part of RC Dental Group.
All endodontic treatment Dr. Kim performs is using an endodontic Microscope. The incorporation of the dental microscope has made unprecedented advances in endodontics. Today, thanks to the dental microscope, Dr. Kim can work with maximum precision and safety, making results more predictable and more successful treatment. The result is high precision work, noted for their workmanship and perfect finish.
Dr. Kims treatment approach has been and continues to be kind and compassionate. His goal is to put his patients at ease and provide a different experience than what is typically expected when you hear the word root canal. This stems from a negative dental experience of his own. Since then, it has been part of his mission to provide care in a positive environment as efficiently and pain free as possible while providing excellent results.
Dr. Kim, his wife and three daughters are actively involved in their church and community. Additionally, Mrs. Kim has established a non-profit organization aiding pastoral families in foreign countries. It is the heart and compassion of this family that we are aspiring as an office to follow as a module for our group.

Terrible customer service, unprofessional. Their staff told me I was scheduled for a procedure, but ended up waiting a month for dentist to tell us it was a consult. Office manager then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for the miscommunication. What kind of gaslighting place is this? Find another place that cares about your health.

Great service! In and out under and hour for root canal. Daniel Kim is awesome and so is his assistant Shannon and the other lady who helped out. Highly recommended. Thank you all.

Friendly staff and doctors. Originally came in for a consultation for a wisdom to be removed from my son,they got him approved on the spot for him to have the tooth extraction done that day. How awesome is that?! Highly recommend this dental place.

I liked this dentistry, I would trust these doctors with my children's teeth. Even when I had problems with the referral, they called my doctor, they tried to help me in my situation so that I did not have to run around to solve these issues. The Russian-speaking assistant was very polite and helpful. When I decide to do all the problematic teeth, I will only return to them. Good luck to everyone. And everything here is clean and everything is new.

Terrible customer service: rude receptionist, no hello, no smile. Scheduled me for 11 and when I showed up, they say it was scheduled for 10:45. What? No call prior, ridiculous.

DO NOT GO HERE. The after care is extremely bad! I had root canal and was in so much pain. I had to call the emergency line. Not only did Jennifer forget to text me that my prescription was done. But I needed stronger pain meds and guess what? NO ONE ANSWERED. They do not care about their patients .

Still waiting for the day they will pick up the phone or call back. I went there 1 time like last year they told me that they couldn't help me after the dentist took a look at my teeth. And they billed me 50 dollars when I didn't even get any help. After that they called me every day to pay my bill. But they can't pick up the phone. What a joke

The staff has no clue. They refused to look at my tooth cuz of a cleaning. I made an appt for my tooth and they changed what I came for. The manager was very rude to me and put her hand in my face. Realy not cool. If you can find another dentist. Then do that. RC dental group sucks

I usually hate going to see dentists because of the bad service but this place definitely changed my mind. Dr. Kim was awesome and saved a tooth another dentist told me I would have to have pulled. The receptionist was super nice both times I was there and Shannon h. the assistant was super helpful and made the experience so easy and pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Reasonable pricing of procedures with absolutely professional staff. I had very minimal pain after my root canal. Dr.Kim is a no-nonsense doctor who knows what he is doing and doesn't hesitate to tell you what he is sure/unsure about. I'm really happy that I came to this place instead of another luxury Endodontics practice in Folsom that would have charged me at least $500/- more for the same procedure.

They had me wait in the lobby for 40 minutes and called 2 people inside whose appointment was after me!! When asked question they said I'm sorry something messed up! Okay no worries and when they called me in their doctor was gone ....!!!!! Without even taking a look at what the heck was going on with my tooth!!

Positive experience with a recent root canal procedure. Dr. Kim explained the 20-25 process and I was able to return to work in a few hours. The staff, particularly x-ray technician Shannon, was polite, organized, and caring making my visit nearly stress free. Thanks.

Even tho it took a while to get the appt I finally got my infected teeth out. The staff was very kind and patient with me. It took so much to numb me and i still felt it but they did what they could for me. I apologized multiple times for screaming (I couldn't help it the pain was intense due to my teeth sitting on my nerve). But they made me feel safe and comfortable and for that I'm so grateful.

Long waits... appointment @ 1pm, checkin 12:40pm, got ignored until 2:08 pm (have to check front counter 3 times & the girl responded other people waiting too ) !! Why the hell did y'all scheduled me at 1pm for !? Instead of 2pm !!??
