This was my first time visiting this dentist. I had my teeth cleaned and I met the dentist also. It was a wonderful experience, they are very professional, efficient and thorough. Scheduling the appointment was easy and there is plenty of parking for patients. I'm glad I chose Dr. Lozano for my ongoing dental care.

Friendly overall. Not the best and not the worst dental office I have been to. They call you back at thier convenience that is for sure. I would look harder for a better dentist but if you are satisfied with satisfactory then this is the place for you. I would definitely take out the " Excellence" in the buisness name. Not very fitting.

Always very professional and excellent service. My wife and I have been patients for almost 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. The reason we originally became patients is recommendations from other patients of theirs when we moved into the area. Since then I have found out that other people I know are also patients and they also think very highly of this dental office. I have had many procedures performed here including crowns, love their single appointment crowns, and cavities. They are very caring about their clients and it is obvious they have the their clients best interest in mind.

Sharon is always so thoughtful asking multiple times if I'm still doing ok and not feeling any pain throughout my cleaning, which I always am fine because she is such a professional! Dr. Lozano is always great, looking out for the health of my teeth. Today he found a small crack that I nor Sharon saw, and said sorry, but it looks like I'll have to get another crown soon before it gets worse. Sharon then showed me the crack with the cool camera shot Dr. Lozano got! I can honestly say I trust this dentist and his staff like I have no other.

Our new pup jumped up and hit me in the jaw, cracking a couple teeth. Dr Lozano did an amazing job repairing them and now they look brand new. The staff is always so helpful and nice!

Great place for any dental work you might need done. Courteous and professional Dr. Lozano's staff knows how to treat their customers. If you are in need of a cleaning ask for Sharon, she is by far the best! Long time customer and I will continue to come here.

Dr Lozano and the entire team at RB Dental Excellence truly epitomize Excellence. They have taken terrific care of my family with both routine dental health and urgent problems such a cracked tooth. They are professional, skilled courteous and compassionate. They also have excellent COVID-19 safety protocols. I highly recommend them.

I am extremely picky with dentists and how my teeth are cleaned, and I'm so thankful to have found RB Dental and Dr. Lozano. He has an amazing team of hygienists that do such a great job cleaning and explaining the process, making sure you're comfortable and making sure they know what your insurance covers and doesn't! I'm one of the rare people who love going to the dentist but it needs to be a place I feel comfortable and I know they're cleaning my teeth thoroughly and in the best way possible. This office have all upgraded equipment and cleaning devices. I wish they were a pediatric dentist so I could bring my son, as well!

I always have a very pleasant and happy experience at Dr. Lozano's office, even though I'm there to have dental work done. That's because the doctor and his staff, including Sharon the hygienist, are always super friendly and helpful and make you feel that they really care about you and your dental health. They are all also very professional and excellent at their jobs.

Excellent care provided by everyone. Very helpful ladies at the front desk as well. They are taking every precaution and following all ADA rules since re-opening. I felt very safe and my appointment went off without any issues. I highly recommend Dr. Lozano and staff. I used to hate visiting the dentist but this team is wonderful.

The services are always very good. The only thing I dislike is the constant deluge of "feedback" , "surveys" "promotions" etc. I wish they would leave me alone. I hate their electronic reminders. I have tried to opt out of all communications, but my requests are ignored.

Dr Lozno & all his staff are wonderful. I have had very good care for many years. Very supportive as I came to them as an anxious patient. Always explains all your options. Coordinates insurance and like "family".

Sharon is the best dental hygienist who cares for the comfort of her patient as well as providing professional cleaning skills. Doctor Lozano and his staff are the best, treating all patients as if they were family. After having moved to Rancho Bernardo four years ago my brother Anthony and I are glad that we were referred to Doctor Lozano by Warren and Nancy Sargent.

I had an emergency extraction due to inflammation from one tooth. Process was quickly performed. Welcomed by a very friendly staff. Paperwork was easy to complete. Dental technician was pleasant and worked diligently to complete my initial exam and cleaning .The office staff explained the schedule of charges and worked with me on a payment plan. Overall a most pleasant experience.
