The people who work here are unprofessional! I informed the front desk that my previous dentist had x-rays and that we could request a transfer, but they refused, claiming that I needed new ones and that the transfer was not an option. They performed my service after I agreed, and six months later I received this massive bill. My insurance turned out to be out-of-network. Now that I no longer have that insurance, I must pay the astronomical bill. I will never return!!! They should have contacted my insurance company before confirming the appointment!

Horrible Service. They perform services without even checking with the insurance, and then they send bills months after expecting you to pay. The "office manager" Annie is rude, and will throw out lingo "like as per the statue of limitations" you will be billed for 8 years. When I first came here it seemed disorganized, and so I never rescheduled a second appointment for my family. It seems my intuition was correct since I've received a bill from this office long after I don't even have the same insurance. I would not recommend, especially for moms. The doctor pulled out a tooth for my child without the full anesthetic taking. My child cried for a while and he just joked about it. If there were 0 starts I would have awarded them 0. I will also be filing a formal complaint.

Over a hour wait time ! Every time I come here it seems like I'm waiting 30 mins or more just to switch out Invisalign's ! When I signed my contract the lady stated I will only be needing them for 3-4 months . How 3-4 months turned into 6-8 months idk . But that's another story for another day ! So I waited 5 weeks for the new set I was SUPPOSE to get today ! Waited over a hour just for them to inform me that they don't even have them for me to get ! I have never been so aggravated and disappointed in my life ! I'm spending over $200 a month on payments to not be damn satisfied! I'm Extremely unsatisfied and would not recommend this office to a soul !

Dr. Zardon is the best! The staff is very friendly but most importantly unlike other dental offices, they are trying to sell you a myriad of services that you dont need to take your money. You do have to wait a bit, but for all great things we all have to wait and he is that great.
