Dr. Michel was born in Montreal, Canada. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and cell sciences from the University of Florida. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Dr. Michel went on to attend and successfully complete postgraduate training in general practice residency at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY.
Dr. Michel takes pride in applying the latest advancements in dentistry, all while providing a relaxed environment for his patients. His perfectionist nature and passion for dentistry ensued in always seeking excellence in care for his patients.When he isn't practicing dentistry, Dr. Michel enjoys spending time with his wife Shirley and their dog Maxwell.
As an office manager, I get to do what I love and that is work with people! I have worked in customer service for 10 years and couldn't see myself doing anything else. I pride myself on ensuring that our patients have the best possible dental experience from the moment they enter our waiting room. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work in such a caring and patient-focused environment and am very proud of the team I get to be a part of!
I enjoy every day of my work! It became my second home. I love the fact that our work environment is a professional, cozy, and warm place to be. I have to admit; we have truly wonderful patients. Each time I look forward to seeing them again in our office. It's a reward to see our patients having trust in us and choosing us as their dental provider. It's our priority to make sure that each person receives the best care possible.
Amazing experience for a stressful situation of needing a new front tooth crown. Dr. Michel was very thorough and truly cared about the outcome of my tooth. He went above and beyond when he did not have to. Ingrid, at the front desk is a sweetheart and so is Mariana, Dr. Michel's dental assistant who worked hard along side working on my tooth. I was not an easy patient to deal with considering I wanted my front tooth to look perfect and they never made me feel like I was. So happy with the results and Im so thankful for the entire staff's attentiveness.

I have never had a dentist that helped me understand the proper ways to take care of my teeth. I see how misinformed I have been. Some say that when you find a good medical doctor to hold on to them. I can now say that when you find a good dentist make sure that you hold on to them. I hope I never have to change.

I am so happy I found Dr. Michel's office! I have always been afraid of going to the dentist and when I found out I needed a dental implant needless to say I was freaking out. Dr. Michel and his whole team put me at ease and really took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment. The implant surgery went extremely well. I am Happy to make his office my permanent dental home!

Dr Raynald Michel and his staff are amazing!! My daughter needed an emergency dental visit and they were more than accommodating. They were all very knowledgeable and kind in a traumatic situation. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Having been referred by my health insurance plan I was delighted to meet the most wonderful dentist and staff I have ever met after decades of dental care and issues. Dr.Michel diagnosed my problem and patiently and completely explained the required procedure needed. So at 74 years old I just completed a full treatment of clear aligners. I highly recommend Dr.Michel!

Let me just start by saying if I was able to leave 20 stars I would!! This is the best dental office and experience that I have ever had! From the warm welcome as soon as I walked into the door from the receptionist, as well as the much needed reassurance before and during the whole procedure from Dr. Michel. Dr. Michel was very personable and knowledgeable of what I needed but also understanding of what my own expectations were. Even when it was time to check out, all the warm hugs and compassionate concern from Rose my nurse was so sweet! Hands down, I recommend Dr. Michel for all your dental needs!!

Dr Michel and his staff are the most professional crew I've ever encountered. Their knowledge and compassionate are top rate. Most dread a visit to the dentist - but not with Dr Michel. He is the most gentle dentist I've ever experienced!! He is attentive to his clients needs and educates his clients on what's going to be the best treatment for them. His office is state of the art. Dr. Michel and his staff are wonderful! Excellent service every time I come in. I've been a patient for about 3 years now. He is always efficient & thorough with my cleanings. I also had a dental fissure on my front tooth which he repaired. No one can even tell my tooth was damaged before. 10/10 work!

5 Star service all the way around. Crystal and team are as welcoming and accommodating as you'd ever want & need. Dr.Michel is the ultimate professional and recommend the treatments I needed, not the treatments that bring him a premium. Finding any Dr. is a pain so I'm glad I've found Dr. Michel and his team.

I finally don't dread going to the dentist! I moved from Miami and needed to find a new dentist in the FTL area. I did some googling and came across Dr. Michel. Happy to say it's been such a pleasant experience. I've had cleanings and fillings done with him and his office staff. Every interaction is a positive and professional one. Everything is always explained in detail prior to it taking place, whether it be the procedure with Dr. Michel or the coverage/my out of pocket costs from Crystal, his office manager. Thanks for being kind and transparent and for somehow giving me a filling without causing me any discomfort or pain!

Dr. Michel has saved me from a dental disaster. Went to another Dentist that took all my money and preformed horrible cheap work. Fill ins breaking and chipping. So much pain after spending thousands. Went to Dr. Michel and he has literally taken his time with me. He speaks in normal English and he doesn't use fancy doctor jargon and I appreciate that. His office is small but he handles a lot. I honestly appreciate his office so much.
