Throughout the entire process, I felt very comfortable with talking with the staff and Dr. Liu felt like a close friend to catch up with. I haven't gone to the dentist for a long time and was expecting a very stale experience, but I was highly surprised and thoroughly satisfied.

I have been going to Dr. Liu for several years. Dr. Liu is skillful, knowledgeable, caring and personable. His front desk is friendly and professional. I love the personal touch of a small dental practice versus the larger, multiple provider, practices. Definitely give Dr. Liu a try.

I have been coming to him since I was very young, when I was younger and very scared of the doctors he always made me feel safe and comfortable. As I have gotten older I see how much hard work, professionalism, and love for the job whenever I come. Overall I always have an amazing experience and beautiful teeth when I leave! I highly recommend!

Very cozy place, Dr.Liu is very friendly and talkative and so is sid the assistant is also very friendly, both very fun to talk to i really do recommend this place, quick and good.

This review is two years late but it's an attempt to let you know that if you ever wonder if something is too good to be true, it really is. I have been burned before with service providers not accepting insurance so I always try to ask and make sure they'd take my insurance. I provided the receptionist with my social security # and insurance information (Delta Dental) and was then scheduled to come in a week later. When I came in, they let me wait about 10 minutes while try were trying to figure out something with my insurance. (This should have been red flag). Before they could figure it out, they asked me to come in to be worked on anyway. The service itself was decent. You could tell the assistant and doctor tried extra hard to be friendly. Afterward, they asked me to go to a desk and put in a 5 star review if I liked the service. I mentioned that I'd do it another time. A couple weeks later, to my surprise, I received a bill because Delta Dental is not paying since this service provider is out of network. I called Dr. Liu and tried to explain but he wouldn't have it, since I believed that I shouldn't have to shoulder the whole cost of the service because I gave my insurance information with an expectation that they would let me know prior to service whether it would work out for me. His behavior and responses during the phone call were 180 degrees opposite of the nice / friendly personna that he presented when I last saw him. Another example of how aggressive he is that I received a second bill that says "second notice" exactly two weeks after the first bill from him. To this day, I have never seen any practice that gives people only two weeks between the first and second bill notice.

I have been coming to this place ever since I was a child. The workers here have always been professional and kind no matter the circumstances. If you are looking for a good dentist who is always fun to talk to and is super knowledgeable in the field, then I recommend Raymond Liu, DDS for you to check out.

I have been a horrible dental patient out of fear most of my life. I moved to Seattle and knew no one to get a referral from, so I decided to take a chance. It was a great decision. Dr. Liu listened to me and always explains everything. His hygienist is also wonderful. My comfort is their priority. They are taking great care with cleaning, PPE and safety during the Corona virus. I have never regretted my decision to give this office a chance.

I've been going to Dr. Liu's for many years and I've always appreciated the friendly, and caring staff. Especially during Covid they take extra steps to make sure I'm comfortable and safe. Looking forward to my next visit!

I'm one of those that avoided going to the dentist. For 14 years! Then I found Dr. Liu and Sid. They are both amazing, professional, and kind. I haven't missed a 6 month cleaning since then and it's been at least 3 years now. I think that says quite a bit about them and how welcoming they are to each patient. I know some are concerned about visiting the dentist during Covid. I've had two cleanings during this time and I can assure you every precaution is made to keep you (and them) safe. I also had a minor dental emergency this summer where I popped out an old filling while flossing. I called the office and was able to call Dr. Liu directly. He asked important questions about my situation and was able to get me in promptly to get a new filling. If that doesn't show how dedicated he is to his patients, I don't know what does. I'm often asked by my teacher colleagues who I would recommend as a dentist. My answer is always the same. Dr. Liu! Thank you, Dr. Liu and Sid, for always making me feel welcomed and safe.I appreciate both of you!

I got referred to Raymond Liu DDS by a friend. After hearing how good they were I took a chance. I nervously walked into the office and was greeted immediately with love and care. The dentist was very gentle and is willing to listen and take into account you as a person not just another patient. I will definitely go back!
