This experience here is amazing from the receptionist at the front desk to the nurses and Dr wiggins..they are so kind and nice. Most importantly they take good care of you and make your fears go away. I was soooo nervous to get my 4 wisdom teeth pulled but with the support from their team I felt confident about it. I also want to thank Mrs Angela Williams the day of my surgery she helped me out alot when I woke up she sat and talked with me and helped me thank you...

Great experience with Dr. Wiggins and his team. I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the surgery itself was anxiety-free and painless. I woke up after my surgery in the recovery room, and his team ensured I was aware and coherent before sending me home. Pre-op and post-op instructions are very detailed, and his team goes over them thoroughly so you are well prepared.

Me and my family have been a patient of Dr. Wiggins for over 20 years. He and his office staff treat you like family, he truly spends the time explaining what you should consider for a long-term result. I had him pull teeth and perform implants for me. I was a difficult patient because of numerous health issues that he would address in a timely and compassionate way. Other doctors got frustrated and didn't want to spend the time or effort to deal with my issues. He is always there for me, whether it was an in-person visit or phone call on Saturday or after 6 in the evening. If you are looking for an oral surgeon who goes beyond, see Dr. Wiggins.

Dr. Wiggins did such an excellent job when he removed 3 of my wisdom teeth yesterday. I showed up and got checked me in right away. After laying down on the surgical bed, last thing i remembered he said " dont worry, it will be quick and easy". Next second, I felt someone poking my arm and said "Ms Le, it is done". I was like "What? When? How?" And I realized my mouth was full of gauze, but all was good. I am following postoperative instructions and today is the second day, no swollen or pain. Highly recommend Dr Wiggins and staffs for high quality care and service. For those who have been postponing wisdom teeth removal for 20+ years like me, Dr Wiggins definitely will make it "quick and easy". God bless you and thank you doc!

Chose Dr. Wiggins' office based on overwhelmingly positive reviews on our local community page. His staff is exceedingly efficient, but simultaneously warm and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr. Wiggins office for wisdom tooth removal!

I removed 4 wisdom teeth here in July. After the surgery, my tongue has been numbed for over three months. Dr. Wiggins admitted that this was due to anesthesia performed on one of the tongue nerves, though my doctor friend questioned if this procedure was necessary. This kind of incident/side effect rarely happens, it only happens to 1% of the patients, according to some internet data. But I hit the jackpot and got it. The numbed tongue makes speaking and communication very hard. I have to overcome both physical and mental hurdles to speak for a duration of time, and 1 hour maximum. Any time longer will make me feel very uncomfortable in the mouth. Ironically, my work requires lots of communication with other people and often presentations. The tongue numbness got better now comparing to 3 months back, but still far away from normal. My wife, also a doctor, says I may live with the numbed tongue for my whole life, because nerve damage never recovers to its fullest. I waited 3 months and hoped things could get better, but here I am and there's nothing I can do to make myself feel better. We know this side effect was clearly stated on the paper of the potential outcome of the surgery. But considering the uneasiness and difficulty my life has been and will be in the foreseeable future because of the numbed tongue, 2 stars is well justified.

I'd like to offer this review for Dr. Wiggins, Laura, Elsy, Jennifer, Amie, Kristy and Kennadale. From my first consultation to the day of my surgery, the staff was very professional and empathetic. I was followed up with to confirm my appointment and advised on what to do the day prior to my appointment. The day of my surgery, I was greeted promptly by the front desk staff, they had my file ready, signed a few forms and invited back to the surgery room. If you can imagine, at this hour, if you looked up the definition of nervous in the dictionary, my face would been the cover definition of absolute nervousness lol. But the staff was warm, they put me at ease with their confidence, I barely felt a pinch when the IV was installed, Dr. Wiggins cracked a joke with me, the last thing I remember us talking about was "there was a lot of IT in dentistry" and I was out cold. I woke up, the surgery was done, I was wheeled out by Amie, with care helped into car and followed up with a few hours later to ensure that I was doing ok. This was a difficult surgery, two impacted canine on the palate that had to be extracted. Thank you to the whole staff. David

Dr. Wiggins is easy to work with. Very professional and experienced. Had 2 other surgeons quote me the cost of the surgery and Dr. Wiggins cost was 100s of dollars lower. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the best place to go for any oral surgery. The team was so kind and understanding of my anxiety. They cracked jokes with me and made me feel like family. 10/10 will recommend to everyone who needs it.

Dr. Wiggins and his office staff are some of the most kind, caring, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and moral people I have ever met in their field. I came to them in some fairly dire circumstances. They were timely, helped me understand exactly what was going on, how serious the issue was, and what needed to be done. Dr. Wiggins and his staff were compassionate to how I felt both physically and emotionally. This is, by far, the best experience I have had with a Dr.s office in a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Wiggins to anyone.

My husband has been trying to get in contact with LAURA ORCUTT for over 4 months to see about his tooth implant but she is never available. He has called several times, left several emails, but conveniently she has always "just left the building." I am suspecting that she tells the receptionist to tell them she isn't there because she doesn't want to do her job. WHY do we have to wait over 4 months to simply TALK to someone. It is absolutely ridiculous!! They told him that this was a priority but they aren't treating it like a priority! It is a shame because Dr.Wiggins was very nice so it is confusing why he would have such an unreliable person on staff. Please just contact us I don't understand why this has to be so hard!

Laura is very rude! I called because I recently got my wisdom teeth removed back home. I was referred by my dentist in Houston to see Dr. Wiggins to see if he can get the dry sockets packed and instead of telling me that they couldn't see me she caught an attitude and said "you got your wisdom removed back home and now you want to come to us?" YES. Back home is 3 hours away. I will never refer this office to anyone. Sorry Dr. Wiggins but Laura needs to have better customer service.

Dr. Wiggins removed a failed implant for me. But what he did during surgery was severely damage the muscles of my cervical spine and bottom of my skull by forcefully moving my neck during the procedure. I have had cervical tinnitus since my June 11th procedure. I attempted to get Dr. Wiggins to help me during my follow up visit on June 24th, but he said he had nothing to do with the muscle damage. Before this I was an independent individual - since then (and for almost 3 months) I have been confined to my home and on muscle relaxers dependent upon family to take care of me. No silence in almost 3 months. It's a living hell. Given Dr. Wiggin's denial of his involvement of this situation - I had to turn to specialists who are helping me. I have spent upwards of $10,000 for MRIs, prescriptions, PT and doctors since June 11th. I received a copy of my records, upon which Dr. Wiggins included erroneous information. He wrote that I informed him that I had experienced tinnitus previously. Which is an outright lie. Under the one party law of Texas, you can record a conversation as long as you are a party to said conversation. I recorded my interactions with Dr. Wiggins and at no time did I say that I had previously experienced tinnitus. As a matter of fact, when I was there for my follow up on June 24th, desperate for answers, I advised Dr. Wiggins that I had never experienced any form of tinnitus in my entire life. He verbalized that he understood - and that there was nothing he could do for me. Despite receiving an email from Laura Thibault of his office on August 12, 2021 that she would discuss the situation with Dr. Wiggins and get back to me - it is now September 14, 2021 and I have heard nothing. I attempted to settle this matter for what is costing me to heal, but now I have no alternative but to sue for medical malpractice under the fullest extent of the law.
