Lisa has been with the dental clinic since January of 2009 and played a pivotal role in opening the dental clinic. She graduated from Colby Community College in 1991. Lisa is our office manager and also handles all insurance and billing.
Tammi joined us in August of 2009 providing dental hygiene services in the office as well at our outreach. She is our outreach coordinator and visitssites including area schools, nursing homes, and assisted living centers in Northwest Kansas.
Diahonia has been with RCDC for 3 years and holds a Master's of Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management. She oversees internal collections, sedation, marketing, and some financial aspects.
Dr.Grove joined the team in 2018. She hasa wealth of knowledge & experience in dentistry. Her passion is teaching dental students, which she is able to fulfillthrough the clinic's university affiliations with AT Stills and UMKC.

I would recommend not taking your young kids to this office. There is a doctor that will traumatized your children from ever again seeing a dentist.

I've never dealt with a more rude dentist than Dr Grove. The first time I'm there she calls me a mouth breather because I had a stuffy nose like I didn't know what that meant while she argued with her assistant I was about to get some wisdom teeth taken out because of her lack of professionalism I decided not to everyone else there seems to be awesome but Dr Grove is extremely rude and has a lack of professionalism.

My experience with the employees and Dr Grove was exceptional! I had 16 teeth pulled and a full set of dentures made. Been 3 weeks since I received my dentures and no adjustments needed! They are a perfect fit! The employees were so nice to me, and at times I was a challenge! Sorry! I recommend them very highly! Thank You All!!!

Dr. Marland is amazing yall. he removed 22 of my teeth and made it virtually painless (well bc its 22 teeth its gonna be a little painful duh) He personally called and followed up with me and offered anything i needed. He is great with children. My husband being a Veteran him and Dr. Marland had quite a bit to chat about. (might be a little bro-mance here lol jk) he will certainly be missed when he "retires" ( dentistry is his passion and something he will always do im sure of it)

My wife and I have both visited this office on separate occasions and received exemplary care. Dr. Nathan D. Schmidt was our dentist for each appointment. He was friendly, caring, and professional. He explained all of our options clearly and let us know what he would be doing before each procedure. This is my family's dental office from now on.
