Lori graduated from Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport and has been a member of our hygiene team for over 27 years. She enjoys working with all of her patients and educating them on habits of good dental health. Lori and her family enjoy spending time at the beach and in the water.
Sue Graduated from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport and has been with our office since 1993. She and her husband have three children, two grandsons, and two dogs. Sue enjoys gardening, exercising, baking, and watching the Yankees and the New England Patriots. She is dedicated to her patients and their overall health and dental education.
Alicia graduated from Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport and has been a dental hygienist with our office since 1999. She sees her co-workers as her second family and feels blessed to work in such an amazing, positive environment. Alicia has lived in Milford for 21 years along with her husband and three children. In her free time she loves attending her childrens sporting events, spending time with family and friends, volunteering at St. Mary School and visiting Disney World as much as she can.
Mary Claire earned her degree at the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport, where she was a clinical instructor and dental radiology instructor before joining our office in 1995. Mary Claire is an active member of the New Haven Dental Hygienists Association and has served as its President and Continuing Education Coordinator. She also enjoys presenting Oral Health presentations to local nursery schools. Outside of the office, her hobbies include gardening and raising chickens with her husband Mark and their three children.
Diane has been with our practice since 1994 and has enjoyed meeting and working with so many wonderful patients. Diane enjoys spending her free time with her family, which includes her husband, two sons, daughter-in-law, new granddaughter, and two dogs.
Diane has been a chairside assistant at our practice for over 22 years. She enjoys helping our doctors and seeing patients transform their teeth into beautiful and healthy smiles. Diane has a wonderful husband and three beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending her spare time with her grandchildren and her pet dogs.
Paulette has enjoyed being a part of our dental family for over 29 years. She has held many positions at the desk, and manages the daily happenings, insurance claims, billing, scheduling and & the staff. She has three amazing children and a wonderful husband. Paulette enjoys time with her family and loves to visit Disney World whenever possible.
Mrs. Diana Rauch founded the dental office at 91 Cherry Street with her husband, Dr. Robert S. Rauch, over 35 years ago. She has performed every role, from secretary to financial manager to dental assistant. Diana is beyond proud to have her son, Dr. Mike Rauch, continuing the legacy she and his father began.
Kilee has been working for our office for over 11 years. She has a degree in nutrition and looks forward earning a business degree. Kilee enjoys spending time with her new husband and her family and, like her mother Paulette, looks forward to their annual trips to Disney World.
Lorraine has been a member of our team for the past 25 years. She and her husband of 51 years have their three (now adult) children and nine grandchildren. It has been a joy for Lorraine to watch the staff grow together over the years and she is continually excited about new technology in the office.
Dr. Rauch earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2015 after receiving his bachelors degree in chemistry at Goucher College in 2009. He has been working at 91 Cherry Street for over half of his life, working beside his father, Dr. Robert S. Rauch, The Gentle Dentist who established our dental practice over 35 years ago. Dr. Mike Rauch is overjoyed to continue in his fathers footsteps by providing outstanding dental care to the greater Milford area.
It is Dr. Rauchs firm belief that everyone deserves a healthy smile they can show off with pride. Dr. Rauch makes sure he spends time with each patient to discuss treatment options, and answer any questions to allow them to make the best and most informed decision for their health and smile.
Dr. Rauch is a member of the national American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the local Milford Dental Society. He regularly takes continuing education courses and attends regional dental conferences in order to keep current with the latest advances in the field of dentistry. Dr. Rauch is active in the dental community and beyond. He proudly supports the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Prevent Cancer Foundation, Doctors without borders, Movember, American Breast Cancer Foundation, Childs Play, Extra Life, and many local Milford charity events.
Dr. Jacob is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry and completed his residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY where he continued on as a Chief Resident. Dr. Jacob has been practicing in the greater New Haven area for the past five years and his warm, personable style has made him a great addition to the Rauch Dental team. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Jacob spends time with his wife and daughter.
Dr. Degennaro graduated from University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He worked beside Dr. Robert Rauch before starting his own practice. Dr. Degennaro subsequently retired and we have been delighted to welcome him back to our practice! Dr. Degennaro enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and plays golf in his spare time.

I have been going to Dr. Rauch for years. First to Dr. Rauch the dad and now Dr. Rauch the son. The employees are wonderful and very professional, the office is spic and span clean and Dr. Rauch is an excellent dentist. While living in NYC, my husband and I went to a dentist that treated the stars because he was a master at his craft. It was quite common to be seated in the dental chair with Gene Simmons or William Dafoe in the next room. Dr. Rauch is right up there with this dentist. He is also a master at his craft!

I can't say enough about the level of care I've received from Dr. Rauch Dental Associates. Dr. Rauch is caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and he explains what he is doing and why. The staff are very professional, and you can tell they enjoy working there. I highly recommend this practice.

It is the worst dentist office I have been so far. The staff is polite but their work is of really poor quality. Out of three crowns i have done with them two of them are useless and have fell so many times. It is really depressing.

My whole family absolutely loves Dr Rauch and his staff! Everyone in the office is very professional and courteous. My two sons and I have been seeing Alicia, our hygienist since they were 4 years old, and they are now 18 and 19! I would never think of going to another dental office, and neither would my boys, they actually look forward to going to their appointments!! I highly recommend them to everyone I know!!
