After working in the Hospitality industry for Starwood Hotels (now owned by Marriott International) and Cypress Gardens (now the site of Legoland FL and owned by Merlin Entertainment), Cale has taught business education for 10 years at the secondary (DHS & ICHS) and post-secondary (SFSC & FSW) levels. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Management as well as a Masters of Business Management degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
Cale has been the Practice Administrator & CFO for Rasmussen Family Dental since 2016. As a former college football player he loves football and cheers for the Packers and Seminoles. He is a devoted husband to Nicole and father of a nine year-old son, Easton, and three-year-old, Lee.
Denise grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Florida over 20 years ago. She has a son and a grandson that she is very fond of, and enjoys spending most of her time with her immediate family. Denise has been in the dental field for over 19 years and really loves interacting with patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, going to the beach, and camping out.
Kim is from Rochester, NY and moved to sunny Cape Coral when she was twelve years old. She attendedthe University of Central Florida and receiveda Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She was previously an educator of young minds for twelve years and has given back to the community by providing oral health instruction to local elementary school children.
Kim is happily married with two adorable children, Rocko and Ryan, and miniaturedachshundnamed Brian. You can find her swimming with her family on the weekends and she loves to vacation in the mountains of Georgia and North Carolina. She also happens to be Dr. Rasmussen's twin sister!
Krystal Barber started her dental career as a Dental Assistant. She worked for 6 years in the industry. After applying and being accepted into the Hygiene program at Florida South Western, she graduated receiving the Golden Scaler Award and made the Deans list. She has many talents and also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Krystal is an enthusiastic Miami Heat and Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and lying out by the pool. During the week when she is not cleaning teeth, you will find her at home watching programs such as This is Us, Empire, Prison Break, or The Voice.
Cherie was born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida and attended North Fort Myers High School where she cheered for all four of her high school years. She was a surgical assistant and a dental assistant for five years and decided to continue her passion of dentistry to become a dental hygienist. Cherie attended University of New Haven in Connecticut where she was Vice President of her hygiene class and received the Colgate Star Total Achievement Award. She achieved an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and is certified to administer local anesthetic.
She is a certified EFDA, with specialties in Phlebotomy. Brittany is a wife and mother to her amazing children Clark-13, Maryn- 2 and Jackson-1. She loves spending time with her family, cooking, cleaning and in her spare time sells a popular active wear line.
Ibiza was born and raised in Ft. Myers Florida. She started off as an intern at RFD and graduated from Cape Coral Technical College dental assisting program. During her free time Ibiza loves to read and cook and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family and dog Alfie!
Janet was born in North Carolina but relocated to Florida when she was 5 years old. She started off as an intern at our practice and graduated from Cape Coral Technical College Dental Assisting Program. Janet is bilingual, and helps in translating for our Spanish speaking patients. On her free time Janet enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family and German Shepherd, Riley.
Erica was born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida. She started off as an intern at our practice and graduated from Cape Coral Technical College Dental Assisting Program. During her free time Erica enjoys play flag football, cheering on a semi professional cheer team, reading and being at the beach.

My second visit with hygienist Lauren, excellent, very professional. You can tell she really is dedicated to her job and goes the extra mile. Highly recommended. UPDATE, Lauren is now working for Dr. Hoop in Fort Myers, so I moved over there.

This office is great! I'm a dental coward and they go above the mark to make me feel at home. I am treated like family at every appointment. The entire staff is warm and open. I'm so thankful this is my dental office.

Dr. Rasmussen was great!!! Performed two fillings without pain or need to numb the areas. The fillings were done to perfection! You can tell everyone enjoys working together. Dr. Rasmussen, the dental assistant and front office staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for everything!

Today was my first visit with Rasmussen Family Dental. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. From desk staff to Brittany and Dr Parsons, I felt as if I was part of the family. I am thankful for their professionalism and efficiency in treatment planning and scheduling.

Very professional. They tell you what they're going to do beforehand. They give you a dental plan so you're not surprised with hidden charges at the end.

Another great visit. Technology advances are amazing, especially since from when I was a kid to my current age. Cherise is an amazing hygienist and a wonderful person. Makes the time fly by and as enjoyable as going to the dentist could possibly be. Thanks guys. Denise, Courtney and Crystal are awesome. I rarely have to see doctor Rasmussen because they take such good care of me with preventive care. Great staff and services overall. Very pleased. Had check up yesterday and cleaning, everything great as always. Another great visit this week. Cherise is awesome. Very personable and very funny. As fun as a visit to the dentist can be. Will miss her while she is out on maternity leave but know I'm in good hands with Chrystal and the whole practice as back up. Thanks always Denise.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. I feel the service is thorough and they take their time explaining everything to you. They are not pushy about products and offer Botox. My only disappointment is that as soon as I changed my dental insurance to Delta PPO , she went out of network. However, it's worth it to stick with a dentist you're happy with.
