After working in the Hospitality industry for Starwood Hotels (now owned by Marriott International) and Cypress Gardens (now the site of Legoland FL and owned by Merlin Entertainment), Cale has taught business education for 10 years at the secondary (DHS & ICHS) and post-secondary (SFSC & FSW) levels. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Management as well as a Masters of Business Management degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
Cale has been the Practice Administrator & CFO for Rasmussen Family Dental since 2016. As a former college football player he loves football and cheers for the Packers and Seminoles. He is a devoted husband to Nicole and father of a nine year-old son, Easton, and three-year-old, Lee.
Denise grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Florida over 20 years ago. She has a son and a grandson that she is very fond of, and enjoys spending most of her time with her immediate family. Denise has been in the dental field for over 19 years and really loves interacting with patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, going to the beach, and camping out.
Kim is from Rochester, NY and moved to sunny Cape Coral when she was twelve years old. She attendedthe University of Central Florida and receiveda Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She was previously an educator of young minds for twelve years and has given back to the community by providing oral health instruction to local elementary school children.
Kim is happily married with two adorable children, Rocko and Ryan, and miniaturedachshundnamed Brian. You can find her swimming with her family on the weekends and she loves to vacation in the mountains of Georgia and North Carolina. She also happens to be Dr. Rasmussen's twin sister!
Krystal Barber started her dental career as a Dental Assistant. She worked for 6 years in the industry. After applying and being accepted into the Hygiene program at Florida South Western, she graduated receiving the Golden Scaler Award and made the Deans list. She has many talents and also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Krystal is an enthusiastic Miami Heat and Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and lying out by the pool. During the week when she is not cleaning teeth, you will find her at home watching programs such as This is Us, Empire, Prison Break, or The Voice.
Cherie was born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida and attended North Fort Myers High School where she cheered for all four of her high school years. She was a surgical assistant and a dental assistant for five years and decided to continue her passion of dentistry to become a dental hygienist. Cherie attended University of New Haven in Connecticut where she was Vice President of her hygiene class and received the Colgate Star Total Achievement Award. She achieved an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and is certified to administer local anesthetic.
She is a certified EFDA, with specialties in Phlebotomy. Brittany is a wife and mother to her amazing children Clark-13, Maryn- 2 and Jackson-1. She loves spending time with her family, cooking, cleaning and in her spare time sells a popular active wear line.
Ibiza was born and raised in Ft. Myers Florida. She started off as an intern at RFD and graduated from Cape Coral Technical College dental assisting program. During her free time Ibiza loves to read and cook and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family and dog Alfie!
Janet was born in North Carolina but relocated to Florida when she was 5 years old. She started off as an intern at our practice and graduated from Cape Coral Technical College Dental Assisting Program. Janet is bilingual, and helps in translating for our Spanish speaking patients. On her free time Janet enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family and German Shepherd, Riley.
Erica was born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida. She started off as an intern at our practice and graduated from Cape Coral Technical College Dental Assisting Program. During her free time Erica enjoys play flag football, cheering on a semi professional cheer team, reading and being at the beach.

This is a wonderful place for your dental needs. First of all, they're HONEST. I went to them for a 2nd opinion, which was at no charge. Extremely happy with the front office staff and especially the dental personnel. They are my new place for all of my dental needs! Don't hesitate to visit them. Just read their other reviews and you'll see how great they are.

I don't know how this place has 5 stars, if you dont have insurance dont waste your time going to this place. They will treat you like its your fault you went there. As soon as they find out you dont have insurance, the attitude and care for you change in seconds. After reading all these good reviews, we expected to get WAY better service than what we received. After the dentist said " Are you ok with me doing the exam, my husband replied in a joke way " yeah sure, I guess I dont have any other option" she replied with attitude " yeah you do, you can walk out of here." That should tell you how they care about the patients with no insurance. So disappointing that in the society we live now you have to waste your time and go through several dentists until you actually find one who truly cares about what they do and and most importantly their patients.

I have anxiety, but when I had my appointment, the staff and the doctor were so professional and nice. They were very understanding about my anxiety and put me at ease. They explained everything to me and took their time with my appointment.

I am so thankful to have found this dentist office. I, like many, fear going to the dentist and the office staff put me at ease right away. I've never had a better cleaning before. I also have quite a bit of dental work that needs to be done and Dr. Parsons was understanding and kind. She answered all my questions with patience. I appreciate that they give you a thorough dental treatment plan with costs so there are no surprises. And I never felt pressured to get more work done than needed or felt taken advantage of (as I have felt leaving other offices in the past). So so happy with the Rasmussen Family Dental North! I'd leave 10 stars if I could.

I was terrified to go to the dentist and avoided going for several years.. until the pain was unbearable. The team at this office were so welcoming and made a treatment plan for me. ( I need a lot work) They are kind , gentle, and tell you everything to expect. They brought back my smile. This is the best dentist I have ever had! Highly recommend them!
