When my brother & I were teenagers years ago in the early 2000s, we came here to get braces. What I didn't like as a patient here was a older male doctor physically pushed me when I was on the seat which isn't very nice & that type of behavior is unacceptable. He said to me:"We need to get this done." Meaning he wanted me to open my mouth wider which was very difficult for me to do clearly to say. I dislike people who physically push me and others, etc. because that type of behavior isn't very nice & it is unacceptable behavior! No one has a right to physically push me like I'm nothing! How the heck would the male doctor here at this practice like being physically pushed by someone and how would he like that?! Because I as a patient did not like that as a teenager and I did not like it!

My brother and I have been coming here since we were little. The staff are super nice and they make sure everything always runs smoothly. They've also been keeping really safe during COVID which always makes me feel safe!

Christy seems to be very rude, she does not look happy doing her job and is very passive aggressive. Rest of the staff is kind

I've been coming here since i was 10, i am now 22 and i swear this is the best of the best! the staff that Dr. Sterritt has is so friendly and just absolutely wonderful! Dr. Sterritt does amazing work and it's always a joy to see him and his wonderful staff again! I recently came for a new set of retainers during COVID-19 and i can say with completely confidence that i have not felt safer in an establishment than i did there :)

Awesome staff! Always super welcoming, helpful and on top of things. Dr. Sterritt and Dr. Merchant both do amazing work. Office is very COVID safe !!

Great service! My family has used them for both Invisalign and braces. Would recommend if you're looking for friendly doctors and an easy process.

My daughter had a broken baby molar that got stuck on her braces's wire this past Monday. Dr. Frederick Sterritt met us in about an hour of my call, in the middle of pandemic and a very bad storm and took care of my daughter . Thank you !
