They don't care about their patients, just your money. I went in with my kiddo for a filling and they explained to me she needed a root canal and crown. On the way out they handed me a referral for a specialist that didn't accept my insurance and told me there was only this one place (the referral) that provides root canals/crowns in the area. After a little research, I went to another dentist and turns out she doesn't need a root canal or crown, he even fixed it the same day. In response to your reply: Frankly, I'm not interested in hearing anymore lies. There are PLENTY places that do root canals in the area. I originally came here in 2012/2013, I've bounced around to a different clinic with my insurance change, but I was happy to come back to Ranieu... and it is certainly where I will be staying I recommend this clinic to all of my friends in the area. If there is financial concern they really work with you on the areas to work on first with zero judgement. The care I continuously receive here is same- always outstanding! The environment is always clean & happy. The conversation is always easy and personable. I've had a lot of extensive dental work done here & a wisdom tooth pulled- I just know I am in good hands because they talk me through it, they check on me, they listen. That is very important because these types of procedures can be pretty intense & scary. I love the staff here. I've had the pleasure of having Dr. Sabrina care for me the last few appointments and I love her level of professionalism & attention to detail. I never feel rushed. She's very kind and she deserves very bit of recommendation / praise. Thank you!
