Adriana graduated from UMDNJ, School of Health Related Professions, Dental Hygiene Program in 2005. She has been working for Dr. Rangel since her dental hygiene graduation. Adriana speaks Spanish and English. You will find that she is compassionate, able to put her patients at ease and ensures a positive dental experience. Adriana loves her career as a dental hygienist and considers all her of patients as family. In her spare time, she loves being with her family, going to her daughters sporting events, and shopping.

Lynn started as a dental assistant and continued her education in dental hygiene. She has worked in the fields of general, pediatric, and periodontal dentistry for over 30 years. She has also worked as an educator at UMDNJ and Eastern International College dental hygiene programs. She loves visiting the beach at the Jersey Shore, enjoying different culinary experiences, hockey, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her family. Lynn is very dedicated to the dental health care profession and making sure all of her patients feel comfortable and leave her chair loving their smile.

Charles, an Ohio native, has called New Jersey home since 1991. He has worked with Rangel Dental since 2010. Charles holds both a CDA (certified dental assistant) and a RDA (registered dental assistant) license. He graduated from Berdan Institute of Dental Studies in 2003. He strives to make patients feel comfortable and at ease. Charles loves spending time with his family, gardening, and other outdoor activities.

Devin has been a dental assistant since 2017, when she graduated from Fortis Institute. While studying there, she interned with Rangel Dental. Upon graduation she was offered the position to be Dr. Sheths dental assistant. Devin loves being outside and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Lisa Rangel opened her office in Morristown in 2005. She was raised in North Arlington, New Jersey. After high school, she attended Cornell University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Biology with a concentration in Anatomy and Physiology. She then went on to receive a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania. Before going out to private practice, Dr. Rangel continued her postgraduate studies by completing a residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital, where she received an award for Excellence in Hospital Dentistry. She has now returned to the dental residency program, as a staff member, where she teaches and mentors the residents. She also stays current on the latest advances and scientific breakthroughs by attending continuing education seminars on a regular basis.

Because of her commitment to her profession, Dr. Rangel was awarded her fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2009 and her Masters in the Academy of General Dentistry is 2017. Only 2% of general dentists have received this honor. The Mastership Award is the highest honor available in the AGD and one of the most respected designations in the profession. This accomplishment meets the highest criteria for professional excellence. To accomplish this, Dr. Rangel completed more than 1,100 hours of continuing dental education in the 16 disciplines of dentistry, including 400 hours dedicated to hands-on skills and techniques. As a recipient of this award, Dr. Rangel has joined 2,208 members of the dental community who understand that great smiles and good oral health for their patients are the result of going above and beyond basic requirements.

Dr. Rangel is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry as well as the American Dental Association. Since her time with the Cornell Tradition, volunteering has been a big part of Dr. Rangels life. She works with the non-profit groups, Healing the Children and The Open Wide Foundation, to provide dental care to children around the world who do not have access to such care.

As a lifelong New Jersey resident, Dr. Meha Sheth is proud to continue her career at Rangel Dental. Her philosophy to provide honest, quality dental treatment in an environment that is welcoming, comfortable and modern is an ideal fit for the practice.

Dr. Sheth has long known that dentistry is her passion. With a love for the health sciences, working with her hands and bringing a smile to her family and friends faces, she was accepted into an accelerated dental program. She graduated magna cum laude earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in nearby Madison, NJ. She then received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Sheth completed her General Practice Residency at the respected Morristown Medical Center, where she first met and had the opportunity to work side by side with Dr. Rangel. With extensive training in all phases of dentistry, Dr. Sheth joins Rangel Dental with a strong clinical background and a constant desire to provide patients with the best possible treatment.

She loves giving patients both healthy and confident smiles and practices dentistry with a positive attitude, a sense of humor and a genuine desire to know the patients. Dr. Sheth is thrilled to join Rangel Dental and looks forward to meeting you and being an integral part of your dental health.
